What is up with these lab numbers?!
I started TRT about 3.5 months ago, on approximately 1ml of 200mg/ml compounded test cream. My T and FT levels went up, but not too eough, and i felt very little benefits. I would have had to be putting loads of cream on 3x a day to get it where i wanted both numbers and feeling-wise.
I decided to ween myself off the cream, and have been slowly reducing dose to where i'm now using only 0.2ml. Hoping to taper off to 0 in another week. I decided to get my levels checked out of curiosity and to see how my E2 was doing. The numbers have me very confused:
Total Testosterone ......1901.......348-1197
Free Testosterone ......40.2….....8.7-25.1
Estradiol ………………...31.5 ......7.6-42.6
What gives? The highest my Test got when I was on max dose of the cream was 1100, with Free at 20%.
P.S. I've been taking 1/4 pill of Nolva or a tiny bit of Arimidex whenever i feel some nipple sensitivity. just once every few days. Also taking a small (125ui) dose of hcg every few days to help kickstart things.

Are these numbers directly from a lab report or verbal from a doc's office? Total T is up there. I would think that free would be even higher at that point as well. Were the blood draws both pulled at the same time? 24 hrs after application of cream? I would think your E would be a bit higher also unless your just a low converter. Creams/gels won't convert as much as injectable anyway. Nolva is a serm and will increase LH production which in turn will increase T production. That's why it's used in PCT, to re-start your system. Define a "tiny bit" of Adex?

thats weird! a true test would be 4-6 weeks after you stop everything, but i am at a lose with these numbers based on your current protocol! like to know what others have to say.

It's "possible" that if there were any of the Testosterone cream in subdermal levels of the skin that was not totally absorbed it "could" taint the results of the draw...it can happen.
But agree....the numbers make no sense.

If you're on less cream and your numbers went up so much I would venture to say you could have contaminated the blood draw site.
Also, the arimidex could give you a small boost, but this is so dramatic...
