Sub Q major inflamation
So I have had this before after a test dose get a hard flatish lump on my stomache, nothing major goes away and usually is small, happened after the first subq shot but then never happened again until now, I injected hcg really close to where I injected testosterone a day and a half before, and now I have this massive lump little smaller in diameter to the palm of your hand and bulges out at least a half inch or more and it is extremely red and hard. I don't think I have been having good results with subq test injections, probably keep doing it im to be safe.
Can I use something like hydro-cortisone cream to reduce swelling? or is there some other way to bring this thing down? It hurts to touch it or bend over it. Or do I possibly have an infection? I am thinking it is just a hardcore allergic reaction or something of the sort, and it needs time.
On a good note, just got done with my massage and my jacked up back finally has had the tensioned released, but I can tell its still bad and if I could afford it would get another next week.

I had a really bad experience with my first SC injection too. Nasty bruise and swelling for about a week. 100mg IM weekly gets my test up to 1000ish so Ill stick with IM.

Rub it with alcohol and keep it covered with ice for awhile. It happens now and then, and 99% of the time it will go down within a day or 2. I seriously doubt you have any infection, BUT, keep an eye on it.
Let us know ...

haven't been here long , but that's about the worse reaction I've heard, as vetteman said let us know how it goes. I'm not a doc, but if you feel heat coming off that lump and its still growing..man, just keep an eye on that!

for some reason i get then now and then, and i think it is because of cross contamination between test and hCG . been doing test SQ on gluts and hCG on stomach and its working great, i have no infection swelling or any sides doing it on the gluts. remember, you can inject test in any fatty area, as long as there is enough fat.

I do hCG in stomach, Test subq in thigh area. Like bass says, don't get them close. I sometimes get a lump after a Test injection still. It's a sensativity to the oil. You probably get it too when you do IM, but it's deep and you don't notice it. Same with the bruise issue. It's deep and you don't know your muscle has a bruise in it.
I found that the more frequent subq doses (EOD), means smaller doses at a single time and less likelihood of a lump. The bruise is just you hitting a vein.
For me, if the needle hurts going in, I pull out and find another spot. Subq should be painless.

Yep, I got a couple "knots" going on myself from HcG and also sub Q amino/vitimin mix. Anybody do or hear of HcG in the upper arm?? Two inches above the bicep and three inches to the outside of your arm??

Man I would hate for a reaction like that in the muscle, the swelling and hardness would kill. It actually got pretty dang huge, and I could like form it, if I pressed in an area hard for a while it would leave an indentation, or cupped it I could make it bulge out more. Couple nights ago I lied down and massaged it out for about an hour, I think it helped a bit the next day. I mean I had something similar from test alone but this was 100 times bigger and worse, I will make sure to never let multiple compounds get close again like that. The redness ended up about the size of my hand and hardness area was smaller by half. It hurts less so assume its on its way out.

anyways, thought I'd share, this thing still isn't completely gone, still discolored and two small lumps remain. I must have had it bad.
