    TRT Doc and BW suggestions

I'm in the Pittsburgh area and was hoping for a TRT doc suggestion and what bw to ask for? I've read the threads about bw and finding docs but want personal advice from you guys.

Welcome to the forum. Can we learn a little bit about you and situation?

In the stickies, there's a post with the zip code locator for doctors. That would be a good place to start with finding a specialist. I go out of state, as other members here do too, so maybe that's something to keep in mind.

Sure I'm 23 years old, 5'9", 150 lbs. Wait til you guys hear this ****** story lol. I've been on Test since I was about 16. I recently took a more in depth interest in my health. When I was 6 years old I was in a car crash and got really ****** up and almost died. I was bleeding internally and I lost a kidney, part of my intestines, appendix, and both testicles. Freak accidents suck. Left me with a huge scar. So that required me to go onto TRT and my parents spent a lot of time going to different doctors to figure out what treatment I would need, but most of them were clueless or **** nuggets. I ended up with an Endo who was really old and he is the one who prescribed me 100 mg of Test-E once every 28 days. I was so traumatized from this shitty experience of all these worthless ******* doctors that my parents never took me to see another Endo or Urologist or anything. They assumed my treatment was correct and so did I because I was young and trusted them. I used a Pediatric Physician as my family doctor until about 6 months ago and he just continued the TRT exactly the same way.

Now I found out by researching this stuff myself that my TRT has been completely ****** up. To say I'm angry would be the biggest understatement of my life. I found a new physician a few months ago and explained my condition and he had my Total Test tested at Quest Diagnostics and it was like 27 ng/dl... He put me on 200 mg of Test-C once a month and told me to do that for 2 months and a week after my second injection get my blood tested and come see him again. I'll be getting my bw done in a couple weeks, but I expect it to only maybe be double what it was before. I've called his office and told the nurse to have him look at the website. I'm going to bring Crisler's protocol with me to my next visit, but if he won't listen to reason then I'm not sure where else to go. Traditional doctors are basically worthless and I'm not sure which anti-aging or hormone center to go to. Especially since they don't take insurance and are therefore expensive...

if you need a general primer read the book TESTOSTERONE FOR LIFE by abraham ???something?

I wish I read it before I ever started TRT. it is an easy and QUICK read and tells you all about testing prior to starting. remember, MOST MOST MOST doctors know almost nothing about male trt unless they specialize in this field.

    ^^Good read. Last name "Morgantaler"

The BW in the stickies is based on Dr. Crisler as well as insight from experienced members here so it should be pretty decent for you.
