    Blood work help?

Is this possible? My friend is recently put on trt for about 3 weeks now. His total test levels where 230 and was prescribed 200mg test every 3rd week. So he asked if i could help him out with some bottles of test-e. He injected 150mg of test once a week for 3 weeks so far. He took an injection around 7 days before he did blood work and his total test came back at 303 and blood was drawn late afternoon around 5pm also after he ate lunch. Dose that mean the test-e i gave him is under dosed or is it to soon to tell? Thank you

Follow up labs are usually done at around 6 weeks.

It's also standard practice that most labs prefer to draw blood for testosterone levels before 10:00 A.M. (Not sure if it still applies to TRT patients, so don't quote me on that.)

yea maybe the effect will take 4-6 weeks, but it should show current levels anyway, and three weeks is enough to show total and free T levels based on the dose size. I'd say probably under dosed.

    Something is wrong here!

His serum levels would have been much higher then that for sure!

Is this "friend" under a Physician's care?

Did the Testosterone come from a legit Pharmacy?

What did his BW say before he started this protocol?

Is he presenting any signs of high E2?

150mg a week is a decent dosage and most men would respond nicely.

Need more info on your friend...

get a real doc if he is not on....

quite simply, TRT is not something you self administer with black market drugs. it is a quality of life treatment above all else.

not only that, but injectable testosterone is relatively inexpensive even without insurance coverage. you're looking usually at around 100 USD for 10mL which for most people is 10 weeks.
