Low T?
Hello everyone.
I am new to the forum and i apologize if this is in the wrong section. History of me, 30YO Male, 5'11 206LB, 19-20% BF. I have been lifting for the past 6 years. Over the past 2 years or so i have noticed a difference with my overall performance, ie: lack of sex drive, not rock hard erections, im getting lazy, and i have been putting fat on like its going out of style. My diet is average, no fast food, drink plenty of water, barely no junk.
I am in a career that demands me to be in top shape and i need help in what my options are. I am moving to FL in the next couple of weeks and want to get some blood work done to see what my levels are at.
My main question is, arent i too young to have low test? Are there downsides to Hormone repla***ent therapy? Any help is appreciated.

Not too young. I started last year at 26. You've come to the right place. The guys here definitely know the ins and outs of hrt. When you get the blood work done post the results up in here. There should be a sticky at the top of the forum with the minimum recommended labs to have done.
Welcome to the forum.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a specific doctor i need to see for this testing, is there a HRT clinic?

If you're waiting till you get to Florida there are a few guys on the board in that area that might be able to help you out. If you're just looking for baseline numbers to see where your levels are at you can just got to your regular doc and have the labs drawn. There is also a section on the forum where you can find private labs that will send you to labcorp or somewhere like that to have the samples drawn and then mail you the results.

you're not too young to low have low t, BUT you might be YOUNG ENOUGH not to have to go on TRT for life.
there are other options that are very viable such as AI, clomid, restarts, even hcg only. these are all far less "aggressive" than testosterone .

Whatever works, i just got my bloodwork done this morning. I will post it in the sticky when i get the results. What is the range where a doctor would put a "healthy" 30 YO man.
