    Cycle during testosterone repla***ent therapy

I have recently been placed on trt. This involves an injection of Reandron 1000 every 10-14 weeks. I was planning on doing an 8 week cycle of testosterone c at 300mg per week just after the Reandron 1000 injection from the doctor. What will
Be the main side effects? Is this stack safe? Will the two compounds effect each others function? In need of answers thankyou

Have you been on long enough to be stable with it? I'm guessing your about 10 weeks between injections? I would think you should give this some time to see how it goes and where it takes you before adding to it. Have you had any blood work since starting Reandron? E2 level?

Sides will be a supraphysiologic T level and probably a large spike in Estrogen. Your mixing a long and short estered testosterone , that's all. If you choose to do this you need to have an AI in hand to be prepared for estrogen related sides. No need for pct as your just reducing dosage, not trying to re-start your hpta. A lot here would tell you to use a different compound to compliment the T instead of just more T, even though it's a different type.

    Read this on Reandron: http://www.medsafe.govt.nz/profs/dat...ron1000inj.pdf

I made a decision a few days ago to not go ahead this blast. I realised i was not ready for the world of steroids . I just don't know enough. If i did do this cycle would my estrogen levels be a problem? Would i do any irreversible damage? Will be Hair on my head continue to grow or thin? Thankyou very much for your help already

Your already Reandron which is a long estered steroid . If your new to TRT I think you've made the correct move in stopping your blast. You need to settle in with your protocol and find a balance based on bloodwork. It takes time to do this so be patient. Your E level most assuredly would have spiked up as it's only natural. How high depends on your metabolism and there is no way to know without BW. It will also return to whatever it's normal level is while on reandron. So, you need to make sure on your next BW you check your E2 with a sensitive assay. You need to know where you are whether your just on reandron or with added substances. Check it on all Blood pulls. Hopefully, you'll be fortunate and not have to use an Aromatase Inhibitor while on TRT. Most people do end up having to use one although a few of us are lucky enough to not have to.

It's doubtful you've done any damage whatsoever and I would suspect you will return to normal levels in a short period of time. Regarding your hair, if your prone to hair loss TRT can speed it up a bit. If your not prone I wouldn't worry about it. It is what it is. I would avoid "hair remedies" (Proscar, etc) at all costs as they come with a while host of side effects themselves. Just google it.

To sum up. You'll be fine. Monitor your TRT journey with frequent BW and develope a good relationship with your doctor as he is your partner in this. In time your find your correct levels and be on your way. Be thankful we are able to do this as our parents generation could not.

Keep us posted and stick around.

kelkel, i cannot thank you enough. The help you gave has been invaluable. I will most definitely keep you posted on my next blood work results. I have had naturally think hair my whole life, and never really thought about it until now. So im constantly looking in the mirror and freaking out about hair thinning and hair loss. I do this because the hair on my arms is not growing back at the moment. Does this mean my hair on my scalp will not be growing as well? Becoming very paranoid. Sorry for being a noob, i will learn and not make these mistakes again.

No worries MM and don't hyper-focus on the small stuff. On TRT you'll see hair growing in some odd places too. Test turns to DHT everywhere in the body except muscle via an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase. 5AR has a high concentration in the scalp so if your prone to hair loss it could happen. Look back at your family history which would be a good indicator for you.

    Relax!

Your body will return to homeostasis (what's normal for it) and you will be fine. Get the right BW done. Review the stickies and be sure to get your DHT level checked while your at it.
