Do any OTC supplements actually work to reduce Estrogen (E2) levels?
If you Google this, all you'll get is mixed responses...50% saying yes, 50% saying no...or 100% saying maybe. So I'm just wondering if anyone here has had any luck with any OTC supplements, or whatever that actually reduce Estrogen (E2) levels A.S.A.P.?
I'm not talking about cruciferous vegetables that may help lower Estrogen over a period of 6 months, or losing bodyfat etc...I'm talking about NOW...quickly, etc.
Things such as DIM, or Indolplex with DIM etc.
I still can't find a Dr. who will prescribe Anastrozole, even though elevated E2 levels are a definite FACTUAL possibility of testosterone injections on a TRT program, and I've been having sore nipples for the past week or so. Plus I still am having bouts of lethargy, tiredness, and depression.
If I don't have to take anastrozole/arimidex so much the better. I just want to get my E2 levels down A.S.A.P. so I was just wondering if anyone has had any success with an OTC remedy?
I know this is a longshot, but maybe I'll get lucky and get an answer.

You can get AI's over the internet at pretty good prices.

Thanks, but I'm leery about whether or not Canadian customs will allow them to cross the border without any questions being asked. (I also don't have a Credit Card.) But if I have to go this route, I just might have to.

KG, I honestly just wouldn't trust anything OTC. I think our sponsor, AR-R (banner at the top) ships into Canada all the time. Their Liquidex is tops!! Send Lion a message, either on their site, or you can PM them from here, and ask him what his success rate is. Being that it's not a controlled sub-schedule III or any of that jazz, I would think you would be GTG. Surely you're allowed to do science projects with mice up in Canada?? Well, that's kind of why people by research chemicals ...
