Can real NOTICEABLE results in the gym be expected with weekly 100mg Test injections?

I'm hoping to begin TRT soon so I'm in the info gathering phase.
I've read a few reviews and lots seem to just say the feeling of 'well-being' is the major effect.
    Labido increase being the second.
Both things I look forward to.
If my blood work dictates that I only need 100 mg a week, am I going to experience any REAL gaines in the gym?
    Gains including fat loss?
Perhaps this question has been asked, but I can't seem to find it.
    Thanks in advance.

When you get stabilized on a good program (and I doubt it will be that low, the avg is more like 140-160) and don;t see the benefits you want in the gym. There is something called "blast and Cruise" you can look into. It's something a lot of guys do while on TRT. Basically a Cycle, and at the end, you just go back to your regular TRT program, no PCT. Search it, you'll see.

It depends on what your using as a standard, how are your gains in the gym now? How do you feel now? What are your test levels now? For me the difference was night and day but I'm in this for the long haul so I also look at myself in terms of how I was doing before TRT and how I was doing 6 months into it and then a year and so on.......the difference is amazing in the long term and I slowly get leaner and stronger and take better care of my diet, the future is bright when you look past tomorrow.

The answer is a definite yes.

Since starting TRT I dropped over 20 lbs, lost 5 inches in the waist and getting stronger week by week in the gym. Im a semi old 41 YO man.

Using exactly that 100mg test a week. Been on TRT for around 10 weeks now. My goal for this summer is to drop another 20 lbs, 5 more inches off waist and get my squats up another 50 lbs for reps.

    The most important things are:

    1. a solid lifting program
    2. be consistent
    3. good nutrition and adequate protein
    4. listen to body. I recently hurt my elbow as I was getting to aggressive in the gym. Taking it easy now on pull exercises till it heals up.

I have been tracking squats since starting, here they are. I know not very heavy but getting stronger and fast.

(These are full squats not 1/4 squats i see people do)

^^^^^Nice increases GFA.. My 2 cents is diet is everything, now I train hard always have, almost everyday so dont know what your schedule is but if you train hard and eat like shit, dont expect much. I totally buy into what JD250 says, your either looking for a quick fix, a band aid or your in it for the long haul. Hopefully its the latter, then yes, you will see appreacable gains. IMO

Read GDevines thread on what to expect with testosterone therapy in the stickies, if you haven't already. Good info there.

I should say that I'm on 140mg right now, and the best thing is that the Test gives you energy and motivation to work hard in the gym. So, I think the 100+ mg helps, but for me the biggest advantage is that I now "feel" like working hard. Does that make sense?

When I started on Androgel , I felt more energy and was a bit more motivated to work harder in the gym and I did work harder. I saw gains, but some of that may have been mental as I was expecting to see improvement. It may sort of depend on how low your levels are now, before treatment. I think you will see improvements in all sorts of ways.

It all depends on your diet and work ethic. You can have the testosterone level of a 20 yo but if you have poor eating habits and are not in the gym everyday then your results won't be as good.
