I Need to cycle soon....
Now that my shoulder is on the mend; 12 days since surgery I really need to get back in shape so I can run a cycle. My prescriptions are starting to pile up. I have 13 unopened vials of Test E I need to use someday before they expire. lol The oldest one is only 1 year of course and I think it expires in 2014 but damn it's amazing how fast it adds up when you use under 200mg a week.
I think I may bump up to 250mg a week during my healing period just to make sure I'm at the high end since 175 - 200 keeps me around 500 level.
What do you think?
Obliviously I'm not going to be doing any cycle anytime soon since I'm not interested in re injuring myself. I actually did dumbbell bench tonight using 10lb weighs. LOL I'm keeping it at 10lbs for at least 2 weeks and if I feel 100% I will jump up to 20lbs for 2 or 3 weeks. I used 5lbs for flys.

Agree with Jimmy on deca . Oh, if you run out of storage room I'll hold some for you.
175-200 at 500 level only? Damn. Whats your E level run at? My trt is 60 x 2 per week and my last bw had me at 1386.
Hope you heal up quick bud!

cycle in 3-4iu's of HGH and add anavar . test alone can make tendons weaker; anavar will help with that and HGH has healing properties.

var was great on my tendons but be careful, you also gain strength and you could push more than your body can take. smart move on going very light with weights, i found that rest is the only way to cure tendinitis, unfortunately.

Yeah thanks for the warning/reminder. I always preach the same thing, now I need to practice what I preach. I dont plan on pushing anything for a LONG time. Even if I feel like I can do a LOT more I will continue to stay at what I think/know is a save weight and focus on slow steady gains. Not necessarily in strength but in feeling healed, flexibility, no pain and physical improvement.
