Let your friend know that his body responds normally to testosterone treatments. Low SHBG is more than likely the culprit for the higher free T.

Well for starters the protocol and the blood work at 4 weeks makes no sense to me.
The 300mg dosage at week 4 most likely blew his serum levels up and we have no idea what the first three weeks of 150 were doing to bring his levels to optimal levels.
Additionally, at a minimum, we'd like to see 6 weeks at the very least with the same protocol to establish a base line...this can't happen with what your friend did.
Is your "friend" under a Physicians care and one who understands TRT protocols for men?

I posted this awhile back
Is this possible? My friend is recently put on trt for about 3 weeks now. His total test levels where 230 and was prescribed 200mg test every 3rd week. So he asked if i could help him out with some bottles of test-e. He injected 150mg of test once a week for 3 weeks so far. He took an injection around 7 days before he did blood work and his total test came back at 303 and blood was drawn late afternoon around 5pm also after he ate lunch. Dose that mean the test-e i gave him is under dosed or is it to soon to tell? Thank you

Why didn't you just put this in the original thread...very confusing.
If I recall you gave your "friend" UG test...correct?
If so what you gave him was most likely crap because his serum levels didn't move.
This all should have been in the original thread...

Not quite sure why this approach was taken. As I stated, "he" is responding normally ... Make it 400mg and he might have been at 1,400 ... The more you take the higher the score, it's all relevant.
It's all in the stickies and can be Googled real easily. If your friend is serious about this then this should all be researched prior to administering the protocol. If you, your friend, or anyone will just commit 2 to 3 hours researching the stickies and other posts in this forum, you will be miles ahead than most.
This stuff is for life!! Please INVEST a little time and for sure you will get much more in return.

I know it's far fetched, but just imagine the liability consequence if something were to go sideways? Say you accidentally hit the sciatic or something worse ... That's when friends won't be friends, and the only friend will be a lawyer. Sometimes good intentions can go bad.
Point your friend to the finding a doctor thread and hopefully he will have enough smarts to make some practical choices.

I am going to just come out with it and say you are putting either yourself or your "friends" health and life in danger and I can't be a part of that here in any fashion...I just don't condone it...sorry.
The questions you are asking here are novice at best and YOU are providing TRT protocol medical guidance to another human being!
Really?
Hell, you don't even understand the impact of SHBG on Testosterone levels and worse you are sourcing UG for this shit.
I am off this this thread and any other thread I see you start.
This is not why I am here.
Peace.

i ,too, would only point someone in the right direction for treatment and if they didnt have the gumption to research/seek solutions themselves that would be on them
ofcourse agree with g about starting a new thread as many know that never makes sense to me
vette is much more patient than I and any info he gives your in good hands so best of luck to you and your friend
