Giving blood will balance that out, so donate when you get the chance.

Can't really comment on the total serum question, as there's really no ideal number. 551 could be great some, 751 for others ... Other factors like free & bio play into it, as well as other hormones (E2, thyroid, DHEA, ...) to achieve homeostasis.

Not sure what your full protocol consists of, but you better look at backing off on the AI for a bit and let some E2 conversion get in the picture.

Agree with Vette. If it's .5 total a week drop back to .25 or maybe go off for a period of time to allow it to rise (nolva on hand if possible.) You feeling any sides? Joints, libido? Maybe your a low converter and ultimately don't need an AI? I'm in that boat and consider myself very lucky in that aspect. It is not a requirement for TRT. We are all different. Have you ever established a "norm" for your E2 level based on multiple tests over time?

    not necessarily milehigh.

e2 is very important for general health and we generally aim to keep it middle of the road'ish. Not too high nor too low. You literally NEED estradiol for healthy physical and mental well being. it is critical for bone mass as well.

Agree with HRTstudent. Men don't seem to realize just how much of a role estrogen plays with the BIG picture. One is left very vulnerable if its kept too low for too long. I'd personally wouldn't take any AI for a month, then retest, but that's me. You should check with your doctor to see what direction is best for you.
