    Congrats!

You're a healthy normal male with the slight exception of elevated E2 which is pretty natural at your age.

    You have options of course.

If you wanted to elevate your Testosterone levels (both Total and Free) and lower E2 to near perfection there are legit TRT Docs that would double your serum levels and get you back to the high 800's with optimized E2 levels.

Of course, like all things, there are considerations...but it's there for you if you wanted it.

Just remember, once you start...it's for life...and a better one at that!

Overall, and considering what we see here; you're in good shape.

Welcome to the community my friend

    ditto what gdevine stated

first time seeing estradiol measures and range in ng/l ..usually dl but your at the top...

other than your kick ass training how do you feel otherwise...maybe in general and/or comparison to younger days

    best of continued luck

Op I'd be interested in your SHBG level to see how much your binding Test. If it's high there are OTC supps that will help to lower it, therefore improving your T levels, IMO.

    Jpkman,

Thanks for the advise and great attention to detail....

    Your correct my:

    Estradiol: 25.0
    Range: 0-50
    Units: NG/L

My bad on the range typo, I will cross check the range and find out the source. The labs were done by the VA Hospital...

The VA sent this lab to LabCorp and reported it as NG/L, it also said prior to 3/94 ranges are 6-44 PG/ML.

How do I feel - tried a lot, unmotivated, concentration issues and a little ED.....noticeable difference from 30 years old to 37 years old.

    Kel,

Thanks for your advise....this blood test was free $$, I will have a full work up in the future.

Please note I made a typo in the Estradiol ranges....

Kelk, his SHBG be around 30'sh to 32nmol/L, permitting his albumin is in a range around 4.3 or 4.4.
