    Help with blood test

Hey guys, I've been on HRT for the past 6 years. I currently live in Japan so until just recently I was forced to use the TRT available in Japan: 250mg test e every two weeks. I just got approved to self administer my medication so I now have far greater leeway in dosing. I had been getting a blood test basically every 12 weeks. I haven't run a cycle in a year. Any feedback would be extremely appreciated. I have a followup blood test this saturday.

My normal figures and my most recent figures
    11/5 4/21
    AST 22 29 U/l
    ALT 21 52 U/l
    ALP 250 296 U/l
    LD 193 156 U/l

All of my other figures came back normal. I am only concerned about my liver. My testosterone dosage did not change during this time though there were two months that I had been taking testosterone gel in place of the shots (November and De***ber). The only other thing that has changed was my dose of ATD: I have a few bottles I was trying to use up and protect myself from worsening of my mild case of gyno (nips tender no lumps yet). I took 50mg/day last fall and dropped that to 25mg/day in the last few months. In the last week I have obtained letro and adex. I plan on using adex and letro for emergencies only.

I'm also on diphenhydramine 50mg every night for allergies and sleep. I drink a beer once a week and get drunk once a month. The only thing that has changed in my diet was the addition of 5 cups of green tea every day that I drink at work along with a cup or two of coffee. One more change I should note: I began drinking a large amount of tap water.
