Well based on the ranges you provided Free T and Total T are at the lower end.

    How do you feel?

ok well i am 30 no cycle history. i stay pretty tired and little to no interest in sex (like a month plus at a time). my motivation/drive is not all that great. i have been feeling some what better since i have become more active got my diet in check and lost 50+ lbs since January. the last 2 yrs were pretty dark place for me and i don't want go back to feeling that way. was extremely hard on my self and family. was the lowest i have ever felt and just tried to hold it in. now i am doing better and i am trying to do all i can to be my best physically/emotionally. thanks for yalls time.

glad you're doing better, and congratulations on your weight loss, i know what it takes to lose that much! as for the test, like GD noted your TT and FT are low for your age, and thats probably why you feel the way you do. if i were you I'd approach my doc to do the rest of the male hormone panel, see KelKel's sticky regarding Finding a Physician by Zip code, he listed the panel you need for a complete blood work. then post it here with ranges for everyone to analyze.

thanks for your time responding. the nurse drawing my blood named off several more test than the two results the Dr sent to me. i am calling them in the morning and seeing what's going on. if they didn't run the full panel like recommended i will be sure it gets done.

Your TSH level is elevated...don't go by the reference range here. Anything 3 or higher needs further investigation and points to Hypothyroidism...which presents many of the same symptoms as Hypogonadism.

You need to see T4, T3 and RT3 as well.
