vitamine D question (too much actually make you tired?)

I had my levels checked and they are in range, i try to get at least 15-20 minutes of sun everyday, if i can.

I started taking around 2000-5000 IU per day and found myself becoming very tired?

Can too much vitamine D cause someone to get very tired?

Never heard of it. And lots of us are taking way more than that. If you just started the vitamin D then it could very well just be a coincidence.

Also, you are on quite a few powerful drugs now or very recently... and I would suspect something more potent like that that could effect your energy/tiredness.

Mmmm you make good points, right now 1-2IU gh per day at 100mg depo testo every 10-14 days, split in 2. I will try vitamin D again and see how it works out.

I've read that GH can make some people sleepy shortly after taking it. How long have you been taking that?

close to 6 weeks now, but i feel great on GH. Note my dosage are really not high, 1IU per day and when i get my prolo treatment its 2IU in the cocktail mix so that day i take no GH.

Also since starting to take GH my hair is a lot softer..... not sure if GH is doing that.

GH will cause a decrease in energy. 1 IU does not seem like much, but when are you taking it and what was your body producing before you started? These things matter. 1 IU for an old man taken in the morning is on the upper end. 1 IU taken at bedtime for an old man is probably not going to do much to you and for you because you body would produce close to that amount at night anyway . . . and now it isn't.

I understand that most people would never take 1IU per day and they actually think there is no benefit, on the other hand there are studies that prove this wrong. Of course someone who wants to use GH for bodybuilding and fat burning will need more then 1 maybe more then 2IU per day, and will also need a cash machine beside him.

I credit this to Times Romain once more http://www.futurescience.com/hgh.html the study that opened my eyes on the benefits of GH, the time to take it and the dosage.

GH must be taken for at least 6 months and i do believe this, results will not take 6 month to show but at that time period GH will have full benefits in the body. I am 40 years old now and do believe that GH can have a positive impact on my life. Of course along with proper eating habits and regular exercise.

I would say it's the HGH that's making you sleepy.
