Low estrogen
Just curious to hear about your experiences with low estrogen either through the over use of AI's or from just having naturally low estrogen to begin with.

I inadvertently crushed my estradiol when I got gyno. Symptoms included a variety of things you typically hear about including loss of REM wood, lower libido, ear "popping", knees popping more than usual. Took less than 3 weeks on too much anastrozole to go from above range to nearly undetectable.

Mine was initially via to much AI and high DHT. In retrospect it was probably due to going off of feeling (very nip sensitive) and having a crap doc at the same time. Now no AI on normal protocol and great doc. E runs 15-16 steady. Knees hurt, lower than normal libido.

So so far its just joint pain and loss of libido, I meant to title the thread "Low estrogen / estrogen replacement"

I just got my new labs and mine is 5.4 but I am
Having absolutely no symptoms of low estrogen. I have a good sex drive, am having morning wood and no joint pain. I upped my letro about 8 weeks ago to .1 twice a week instead of once a week because I got some fat around my nipples when i was in hcg mono therapy and noticed that it was getting a little worse. My doc just told me to go back to once a week but I am worried about gyno. I am at 10.5% body fat and I am still holding fat at my chest and little on the front and sides of the stomach.
But to recap I have a E level of 5.4 with no low e sides. Also BP is normal and skin is also normal.

Give it time. I'd be surprised if eventually you don't start feeling some sides. Long term it's just not healthy.

What was the range and was that the sensitive assay?
The fact that you upped your dose 8 weeks ago is somewhat interesting because it's probably safe to presume your estradiol has been quite low for more than a few weeks now.
Even if you didn't get the bad side effects, it's not a place you want to be long term because estradiol is actually needed to general health and it is especially critical for bone health.

Kelkel is there a specific way to lower DHT and does doing so increase estrogen conversion?, the only symptom I don't have is joint pain
