Does Aromasin really cause infertility in adult males?

Hi guys, i found websites saying aromasin ( exemestane) impairs fertility in men. show i did some research on pubmed etc .All the studies show impairment on rats dosed at amazingly high levels of 500mg /kg of weight, of course higher than the 25mg guys on PCT would be using.

but every report i have found either refers to the rats or adolescent boys going thru puberty taking aromasin. Apparently aromasin interferes with the sertoli cells maturation- leading to infertility in adulthood.

But the warnings still persist that a side-effects for MEN is infertility- .

since most of us have reached an age without risk to the sertoli cells maturation, and from what im reading aromasin is used in some areas as a treatment for infertility to increase sperm production, could the warnings be unwarrented and basically wrong for adult men?

i will try to find the warnings and contradicting studies and post them up- would love some feedback from people who know more than i do - thanks for reading

bump , cmon guys i cant have been the only guy to pick up on this before?

found this study- tested with letrozole on monkeys at
    2.5mg a day
    cause for concern????
    http://repository.ias.ac.in/21560/1/307.pdf

The role/need for estrogen in regulating testicular function of adult male bonnet monkeys (M. radiata) has
been investigated by dosing orally a group of five normal males 2.5 mgs of CGP 47645(letrozole), a long-acting
nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor (AI), once every 5 days for over 150 days. Such treatment resulted in a
10-fold increment in nocturnal serum testosterone (T) levels, which were sustained for 85 days of treatment,
and a twofold increment in basal serum T levels was present throughout the 150 days of treatment. Analysis
of ejaculated semen showed a marked reduction (;90%) in sperm counts in four out of five monkeys
    between
    Days 55–85 of treatment.

oh and the study says this is permanant.
