    Gynecomastia Surgery

    Hello everyone,
Can anyone recommend a good surgeon for a bad case of gyno? I am currently in the Miami area but do not mane if I have to travel in order to see a good surgeon. I have been doing a lot of research but I wanted to see if anyone here maybe used one or know of one from personal experience, as I am not overweight (I have a very athletic body but hard tissue under my nipples). I first used anabolic steroids when I was 19 years old when I had no clue of what to do, I am now almost 30 and never managed to get rid of my gyno; never had the balls again to stack some good gear in fear of making things worse. I have made my decision and I am going with surgery for a fresh start. Any help would be grateful. Thank you.

Wish I could help but I'm no where near that area. Maybe some guys from down that way can chime in or make a connection for you. Google is your friend. Type in keywords "gynocomastia surgery Miami, Florida" and a lot will pop up. Do all the research you can and go over all your options first! Good luck and let us know what path you take.

There are also threads here in these forums regarding "All you need to know about gyno", etc. Search em up!

You mentioned twice. All the docs that I have talked to have said that there are possibilities that it can still come back. Is that what happen to you? what would have done different to prevent it to come back. It would be terrible if it came back after surgery. DId you also get Lipo in the area? the reason I ask is becasue mots of the docs that I hae spoken have recommended lipo, I am not sure if I actually need it since I do not have fat in the area is all hard tissue.

Talk to dr John Crisler. Not only is he on the front lines of trt, but he also does a new type of surgery for gyno. Google him and check out his website or pm me. If there was one person I'd trust with gyno it's him.

When he went in the first time he didn't get it all, and it wasn't till about 6 weeks after the procedure he saw an imbalanced distribution of fat cells. He got the gyno first time around. I had hard and soft. Second time he went in (6 months later) he more or less removed more fat and then cleaned up. I only paid for the anesthesia.

Never has come back. I'm about 11% bf now. I was probably about 20% back then. I was skinny fat if that makes sense.

He never even suspected hormonal imbalance. Wasn't till about 5 years later that I learned my T was LOW and my E was HIGH. Actually the TRT seems to have helped to establish my pecs that I never had before. You cannot tell I had any procedure.

Theres actually a really big forum about gynocomastia. Ive never spent time there but ive seen it linked quite a few times. I would definitely check that place out.

Also, I would only ever use a surgeon who came highly recommended and was in that particular field for YEARS. Sorry, that means Dr Crisler would be no chance for me... I respect his abilities in medicine but surgery... well, I will just say it's not his main focus/specialty! (Because male TRT is.)

As an right now, I think I am going to go with my wife's surgeon in Colombia. She has done several procedures there and has come highly recommended for Gyno as well. The Doc explained to me that he would perform a small incision as well as Liposuction trough the armpits to reshape the chest area. The price is a lot cheaper since we are paying dollars to pesos. About all is going to cost 3.5 k which is not bad at all, plus I get to take a mini vacation: aaGreen22
