Take a look at your thyroid first. You appear to be hypothryoid which will cause hypogonadism. More current range for tsh is .03 - 3.0, not the range your lab is using. Your doctor should know this. Take a look here: www.stopthethyroidmadness.com and read up. It will help you out alot. It will cause the symptoms you've stated. Do you happen to have a prolactin level also?
Find a competent doctor and work toward getting your thyroid functioning properly. Then watch how much everything else will fall into place. Welcome to the site and post up more of your BW if you have it please. More will chime in but weekends can tend to be a little slower.

thanks for the reply.
i did already consult a endocrinologist, i explain all my syntoms and show my blood results. he just say : "why everyone now want to be like Tarzan?". " you have beard so obvious your testosterone is fine" (say this without even see the blood results).
he say too that testosterone total is the important one and free was useless, from what i read isnt the opposite? he didnt want to see the blood results, but i pay 90€ so i ask him to see them. after some time to see them he say everything was fine and TSH was a bit high, but was very litle so that wouldnt explain my syntoms so he say i need to visit a psychologist....
what more blood tests you recommend so i can go even more prepared to my next visit to a endo?Last edited by styken; 07-07-2012 at 08:28 PM.

First, find another doctor asap as this one does not know what he's doing. Just having the title "Endo" does not mean they know TRT or thyroid issues. Yes, free T is what's important here as that is what is useful to your body. Take a look in the Finding a TRT Physician Sticky for blood work as well as at www.lef.com and look at their male hormone panels for examples. Be sure to include vit D and DHT in your testing. Obtain copies of all your BW and keep a file. You paid for it.
Keep educating yourself. Read the stopthethyroidmadness web site and you'll see how far off base your doctor really is. Be pro-active as it's your health. Keep us posted with what you do next please on this thread.
