    Quck question

    Todays my shot day after my 1st injection last Friday heres my dilemma

    I need to raise my e2 (naturally too low no AI) but I'm extremely allergic to what I think is the benzyl alcohol so I know it would be easier on the allergy to break the shot up twice weekly but I need the E2 spike which I would think would be better with just the one injection.

    Any thoughts?

    no scientific proof but the consensus are spikes aid in e2 conversion.
