New blood work - High free Testosterone

No response in my other thread so i'm reposting.
Thanks for all the help and support guys!

Just got blood work back. Notice the Free T. I have felt fairly good. Test was done on Monday afternoon when my E2 and T levels should been their highest(see protocol below).

    Total Testosterone 897 Range: 250 - 1100 ng/dl
    FREE Testosterone 258.6 Range: 35 - 155.0 pg/ml
    E2 29 Range: < OR = 39 pg/ml (Was Ultrasensitive LCMSMS)
    PSA 0.9 Range: < OR = 4.0 pg/ml

My protocol for the 6 weeks before this draw was as follows:
    S 250MG HCG
    M Morning - 50mg cyp subq
    T .25mg Arimidex
    W 250iu HCG
    T Night - 50mg Cyp subQ
    F .25mg Arimidex
    S 250mg HCG
    Just added 5000iu D3 daily.

I'm planning on donating blood for the first time this week. Other than high RBC is there any negatives to high free T?

no scientific data to support anything but just like anything else, if its out of range other things can get effected, kind of like snowball effect, maybe nothing to worry about for short period or while blasting, but if prolonged could cause some unwanted sides. one thing we know for sure high free T can thicken your blood quickly, but donating should take care of that easily. also you need to keep an eye on blood pressure, at least for me i seem to get high BP when my levels get high, also liver enzymes go up. i bet your SHBG is very low and that how you're free T is high compare to your total. your levels are pretty damn good based on 100 mgs per week. are these lab-corp ranges? usually ultra sensitive E2 range is 3-70! do you have more blood work? if so post it all with ranges.

Thanks for the reply bass. That's all the blood work I had done this round, all were processed at Quest. Picked up a blood pressure cuff today and will monitor it.

I find that the Hcg dose can drive my free test up. Cut my hcg to 250iu 3x a week, half of what it was and brought my free test down.
    Maybe that will help?

Thanks for the tip! I'll investigate this and see how things go. For now I think i'll keep to my protocol but donate blood to keep my rbc in range.
