Some Advice Please
I am 55 5ft 10 weigh 80kg. Been on HGH for around 2 months and losing body fat. Don't want to build to much muscle , just more energy and sexual desire seems to be fading, but everything is working if you know what I mean. I lift 4 times a week down at the gym, cycle or bike every day and swim most days. Looking for something to use along with the HGH. Ideas please

Have you had your sex hormones checked?
If you did then please post them, including the ranges. If you haven't then surely this is somethign you need to do! At your age, its expected for these to hit some age-related issues. Perhaps Testosterone replacement could help.

Besides some ffat loss, how else is the HGH working out for you? The "complaints" you list, it seems like the HGH should help contribute to resolving those items. Common benefits are improved energy, improved libido, improved mood......
there are things to take for improving sexual desire (libido), but I'd be interested in trouble shooting your HGH protocol first. The thing in the back of my mind is whether or not the HGH is legit. Welll known that over 90% of GH advertised on the web is bogus. Hopefully you've acquired through a HRT clinic? probably the best way to know legit. Beyond that, if from the web, you could be taking something that you think is HGH, and in fact is something else, that simply aids in fat loss, and nothing else.
After we look at that, there is a peptide that i've used to improve libido. Unfortunately, it is an "on demand" type dose. It is called PT-141, and for me it lasts up to 18 hours. We can talk about that if you like. It does work differently than a PDE-5 inhibitor, as PDE5i works on the vascular system, and PT-141 works on the nervous system.
HRTStudent is right about getting your hormones checked. It couudl be you have elevated levels of estradiol, or your testosterone levels are low, or both. Getting this fixed couuld be what you need if it turns out inadequate levels.
Only other thing i can think of is your diet. Sometimes, a diet can make you feel and act sluggish. You can ppost your diet in the diet section for us to review if you like.
Hope some of this helps?
Cheers!

Agree with the guys above. Full blood work is needed. Lets see where your at and establish good baselines for the future. Look in the Finding a TRT Physician Sticky or at www.allthingsmale.com for lists of what is needed. Don't let your doc eliminate items as it doesn't cost him a thing.
And welcome to the forum Micky. You can learn a lot here if you choose. Get the BW done and post it up with ranges. Stop wondering what is wrong and lets find out.

Thanks Roman and kelkel. I am having a full medical on Friday this week, what should I be asking? Regarding the HGH this was bought from a pharmacy in Thailand, did the boiling water test and it stayed cloudy for 24 hours, so guess its genuine. I have noticed since taking the HGH loss of body fat and increased performance
in running and biking. Like tonight ran 10k in sub 45min which is going back to the time in my 40's. So please give me guideance what to ask the GP this Friday. Again many thanks and I am here to learn and take advice. Thanks
