When I was injecting, I only remember bleeding once...on my first injection. I did have some soreness in my quads...that was pretty regular actually. Are you saying that you aspirate and get no blood, then when you withdraw the needle you get blood?

I have no pain in quad injections. Its might be that i inject through a vein, quads are full of veins everywhere. I just dont like blood comming after i take out needle all the time. Almost one year only using my thighs for injections. I really dont like anywherw else cause its so easy to shoot quads on my own.

Quads can be tough. If not already, try to go towards more of the bottom/outer side of the quad. Not sure which pins you're using, but 25g or even 27g x 1" are fine. Maybe at some point try the subQ route. Takes a little longer to draw, but IMO it's worth the few extra minutes.

Vette's got it; what type of syringe and needle are you using.

You shouldn't be bleeding to be honest.

Are you on any blood thinners?

I have been doing quads only for a year now. I was getting a little blood until I switched to 27g needles. Now I almost never get any.

Not on bloodthinners... Maybe switch to glue shots for a while.
