    Aromatase Inhibitor. Excess testosterone converts into estrogen. This helps with that. The stickies at the top of the section have a lot of good info.

    Your talking estrogen blocker? Arimidex etc... My doc was against it while I was on hrt

    It's not an estrogen blocker; it's an Aromatase Inhibitor (antagonist) thus AI.

    It competes with Testosterone at the receptor level on the aromatase enzyme thus slowing and preventing the conversion of Free Testosterone into estrogen.

    Men on a cream or gel rarely need it do their protocol.

    Many. not all, men who inject will need it at some point...
