18 years old - taking an AI to increase height? possible side effects?
this is my first post, so - hi!
i was considering taking an AI to lower my estrogen levels, which would keep my growth plates open for longer, and allowing me to grow more, since i really really want to be tall.
i'm 18, and have had 'growing pains' in shins a few months ago, so i think my plates are still open. Does anyone know if there will be any side effects of taking an AI? i won't be taking a very strong one. If it's safe to use, can anyone recommend one? thanks

No, that's a horrible idea. Messing with your hormones at your age is one of the worst things you can possibly due. Plus, there's a lot more that affects growth than just estrogren/test

Don't even think about it.
If you have health issues see a licensed Medical Practitioner.

Asking what you are asking is way beyond the scope of anything anyone here should be advising you.
Good luck!

To boot, I presume you haven't even ran any labs to know where you sit on your estrogen levels?
This is in the realm of jumping off your roof with an umbrella. Bad idea, and all it will do is end up hurting you and making you look less than intelligent.
You're 18!!! Thrive and look forward to all the great things you can do in life!

Please listen to these guys ! My son is 18 and plays basketball, he also is not happy with height. He hits the gym everyday and I thank God I know enough to guide him in right direction and it definitely not with the use of anything !

Yes, listen to them. You don't need to be risking your health for a theory.
