    First endo visit

I was put on test cyp 6 months ago. After going back to my doc that initially put me on test he told me I didn't need blood work redone and that I was on standard dosage for 3-4 week. He has me at 400 mg once every 3-4 weeks. I told him that I had itchy nipples he prescribed hydrocortizone creme. What a joke. I let him know that I inject 100 mg every 5 days because that way I stay on a level mood. He said that's fine. Total test first blood draw 279. I found a new doc explained to him I wanted rechecked and my test came back at 1000. My fsh and lh are non existant. I had just injected 200 mg 2 days before blood draw. I feel better than I have felt in years and have been lifting for the past three months too. I'm 32 5'9" 208. I've lost almost 20 lbs in the past few months and am going to continue to work out.

Problem is for the past couple weeks I've also been doing 500 mg test, 300 mg deca . My last injection was 4 days ago. My endo apt is scheduled for the 6th of sept. what's the best thing for me to do before I go to apt. Will they want to redo blood work ? Should I stop using everything for now. I also was sent for ultrasound of my testicles. Second doc sent me because right testicle was a little smaller. (?). All came back good. Any recommendation or help would be nice. I know I'm a little everywhere with my post and know some are against use for bulking, building muscle. I was only going to run a 12 week cycle and this is my first time.

Kevin, I have all sorts of questions running around my head, I don't know where to start ...

Probably the best starting point for you here is to read through our stickies at the top of the forum. My "New Members" sticky would be a good starter, then Kelkel's "Finding a TRT Physician" sticky thereafter, then the other ones from GD and the other guys.

There's obviously concerns with what you're saying about your doctor and the protocol, plus the gap of information with all the needed labs, and historical information regarding your diagnosis. You need to get up to speed on half life/full life of your meds, and how it will factor into your serum levels. It would be completely normal for your LH/FSH to be suppressed at this stage of the game, but what we need to know is how all that looked prior to getting on TRT? Again, "INVEST" sometime with the learning part of it here, as it will help us to get you on the right track.

    Also, welcome to our forum!

This isn't a sprint....take it easy. You are causing yourself more problems and making it harder for doctors to help you with running cycles above your TRT dosage when you are still trying to get TRT 'dialed in' so to speak.

Go back to the normal test dosage and do 100 every 5 days. Keep doing what the doc tells you while you search for someone who is a specialist.
