Low test... Hope I don't start getting my period lol.

What's up everybody. There's some smart mfers on here wanna pick your brains a little..
I've been to a couple endos and had some blood tests done. First test results from May were 372 ng/dl & free test 83 pg/ml. He told me I was fine.. Kind of believable for being 34 years old. Went to a different one this month and the test result was 243 ng/dl & free test was 63 pg/ml and he said I was fine but I haven't felt fine in a while. Should I give up or keep trying to find a doc for hr?!?

My total T is/was 209 when I started TRT in early July. You're not much higher than me and I know what you mean When you say you "haven't felt fine in a while." From all of the info I've gathered from other members here and reading up on the internet, our levels are extremely low. I'm in a shit situation with a lousy Doc too, but I'm going to keep trying to either get her to change her mind about the 200mg once monthly she has me on firstly, and if that doesn't work I'm currently looking for an Endo as a back up/alternate plan. If you quit seeking treatment you'll be doing yourself a huge disservice IMO. I've had a very brief amount of time when my transdermals were working and it felt great! It felt like I had my life back, and things were going to be okay. Hang in there brother and get well. You deserve a good quality of life. Btw, I'm 32 years old w/2 young kids and your situation is totally relatable.

Taiman welcome to the forum. First, post up all the BW you have with ranges so we can evaluate it. It appears that your docs are basically just basing their opinion on the blood work ranges provided, which is a ridiculous thing to do. They need to evaluate the BW and determine why it is where it is. They also need to talk to you about all other symptoms you present. Better yet, you need to bring it to their attention. Meaning lack of energy, sex drive, anything else that is bothering you, etc.

Low T can be caused my many things from pathologies to hypothroidism to cortisol issues as well as AAS or prohormone use. Keep in mind that most docs do not understand hormones as they just weren't trained in it.

So, get a copy of your BW. If you don't have full BW you need to obtain it asap. An example can be found in the Finding a TRT Physician Sticky at the top of the forum. While there be sure to read all the stickies. Tons of knowledge to be gained there.

    Again, welcome.

    ^^^^What the wise one said.

At your age, you shouldn't be that low if you're otherwise healthy.

Agree, insufficient lab work. Could be a myriad of things going on.
