discontinue or keep going w/o hcg+ai?
Hello, I have been unsuccessful in all my attempts to get a RX for HCG and an AI. I've been on TRT for a little over 2 months now (Testim gel 50mg tube once daily) and had numerous appointments with urologists and endos and all of them told me that the next guy will be the one i need to see for help, and then i go to the next appointment and they tell me they dont deal in prescribing those things. It has been so frustrating that the last time i had an apptmnt the guy told me he can get me another appointment with another guy and he cant help me (after waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room and then 45 minutes in his room and then told me to drive home and get some paper work and he will tell me what he can do, drove back and said there was nothing he could do for me) and i just felt the tears start falling down my face (probably due to my E2 levels) I really dont know what to do...either i let my balls keep shrinking and trying to deal with estrogen being out of whack, or i stop taking it all together and try to deal with the low T symptoms again (probably end up leaving my personal training school because i certainly will NOT be able to keep up with the boot camps and high intensity work outs) and feel like im running on empty and be depressed. I dont know, any opinions will be helpful. I did hear of a doctor in Florida that might be able to see me but I'm in Boston and i do not have enough money to fly down there and pay for another doctor visit which will end up being a few hundred dollars maybe even 1000 all together with a ride from the airport to the office and a hotel and food and round trip air fare. I'm desperate though so I'm still trying to come up with a way to go down there.

Or you could just get both of them easily and legally on the Internet and be done with it ...

i asked around on here about the hcg and nobody responded idk if that IS fishing or if some CONSIDER it fishing but either way nobody got back to me, is it easy enough to find it on my own or is it like dealing with shady gear sites that scam or give underdosed/bad quality product? either way ill check out ar-r , ive been there before but forgot about it.

You cannot get HCG legally without a prescription in the US. So, asking where to get it is fishing which isn't allowed on this forum. If you get a decent doctor, they will be able to get you what you need. If not, there are places to get it, but it will be shady.
AR-R is perfect for Liquidex. It is legal because it is sold as a research chemical.

I would recommend aromasin vs adex..does not run a rampage/mayhem on your lipid and you can run aromasin almost indef I think.

First and foremost how do you know you need an AI? Do you have any E2 blood work that shows elevated serum levels?
Most men on gel/cream don't need an AI due to the daily low dose.
HCG is a good thing and can be purchased from overseas pharmacies and/or research sites.
IM me and I will see how I can help you.

gd-i do not know that i need an AI and i do not think that i am having any PHYSICAL symptoms of E2 being high (no tenderness/soreness in nipples, and no water weight, no acne but i dont know if acne would have anything to do with it anyway) but im noticing some atrophy in the balls for sure...and thats whats scaring me, i am not looking to have kids right now but i do want to in the future and i dont want to screw that up in any way shape or form. but ive been told by a lot of people on here that an AI is the most important thing for me and i always list my dose and medication when im on the subject of AI. I feel like i need the hcg more so then an AI but then again i dont know as much as a lot of the people on here. xtitan1-i havnt heard of Morgentaler, does he know what hes talking about? seems like every doctor around here refuses to research anything TRT

At 23 did you have all the necessary blood work and Mri's to rule out possible causes?

This is simply not true at all!
In fact, I just stopped my AI protocol as my E2 was slipping down to the low teens and have been on a suppressed path the last two years.
Very gradual but clearly seen in comparative labs.
I inject 120mg weekly in two doses of 60mg and it now appears I don't need an AI.
As noted, most men don't need to worry about increase aromatization when using daily creams or gels.
Did you read the sticky on hCG ?

Morgentaler wrote a decent book called "testosterone for life" that's how I know of him.
As far as estrogen, you need to get a sensitive estradiol assay blood test and see what your level actually is. Only if it is higher than optimal should you take an AI. That's the first step.
Testicular shrinkage is probably due to TRT without HCG just so we are clear on that.

Can you tell me what "on a RC level" means?
I read this on the FDA website, and it was a great find because it also addresses a personal peeve of mine - the HCG diet:
HCG is approved by FDA as a prescription drug for the treatment of female infertility, and other medical conditions. It is not approved for weight loss. In fact, the prescription drug label notes there “is no substantial evidence that it increases weight loss beyond that resulting from caloric restriction, that it causes a more attractive or ‘normal’ distribution of fat, or that it decreases the hunger and discomfort associated with calorie-restricted diets.”

Is your doctor simply just not prescribing it or doesnt think you need it? My doc thinks i will not need HCG so no script. When my balls start schrinking and they will, i plan on printing out DR Crislers update to the HCG protocol and making my doc read it. Maybe that will change his mind. IMO it might be useful for you to do that too.

yes, i read the sticky on HCG , i read through it once and then refd back to it a couple times...more than likely i did not retain all of it but none the less. read it. but i was thinking that its such a low dose that it wouldnt really be risking aromatizing. (that didnt sound like great grammar but hopefully you get it)and fit2bold-yes sir. i have all the BW thanks for the concern.
