    Question Pathology Results

I got my blood work results back today there was 7 issues where they were either high or low.

My doctor wasn't there tonight but they gave my the paper work as I requested a copy, can some of you guys give me a little run down on there?

    1-HDL CHOLESTEROL (0.40) range 1.00-2.00 low

    2-LDL CHOLESTEROL (3,7) range 1.00-3.00 high

    3-FSH LEVELS (1.0) range 1.00-12.00 low

    4-LH LEVELS (0) range 1.00-14.00 low

    5- (39.5) range 9.7-38.2 high

6-SEX HORMONE BLINDING GLOBULIN (4) range 14-71 low

    7-FREE ANDROGEN (987.5) range 23.0-129.0

Regarding 1,3 & 4 what are the negative effects of them being low?

Regarding 2 what are the negative effects of it being high?

Number 5 is just above normal range but number 6 is low what effect would this have?

Number 7 is way high I'm assuming it's floating TESTOSTEROME how can I use this floating test so it highers my normal test.

Any other comments regarding the above would be most grateful.

    Thanks guys

You really want these to be flipped flopped. Better to have low LDL and high HDL. There are a number of things that can cause low LDL like uncontrolled diabetes (high blood glucose levels), smoking, being overweight, high triglyceride levels, lack of physical activity, Genes'famil history, medications (anabolic steroids, progestins), poor diet especially if high in carbohydrates. LH and FSH are low, tanked rather, because you're on a TRT protocol...you're in HPTA suppression.

Regarding 2 what are the negative effects of it being high?
LDL, sometimes labeled as the "bad cholesterol", carries cholesterol for your cell building needs but leaves behind any excess on artery walls and in tissues which can clog up arteries which is something none of us want. In you case with high LDL and low HDL levels could indicate that your diet is high in refined carbohydrates and/or carbohydrate sensitivity.

Number 5 is just above normal range but number 6 is low what effect would this have?
Don't know what 5 is but low SHBG is a good thing as it means it's not loosely binding to your Free Testosterone meaning that you have more Free Testosterone bio available.

Number 7 is way high I'm assuming it's floating TESTOSTEROME how can I use this floating test so it highers my normal test.
Free Androgen Index is a ratio used to determine abnormal androgen status. The ratio to calculate this panels is your Total Testosterone level divided by SHBG levels and multiplying by a constant, usually 100. In short, your assay says you have a lot of Free sex hormones floating around your blood stream (look at how low your SHBG levels are...no wonder!).

Any other comments regarding the above would be most grateful.

    Thanks guys
    Bold.

Are you on TRT? If so don't worry about LH and FSH.

How can i flip flop them? My intake of carbs isn't that high.

How can i reduce bad cholestrol?

How can i put the more free test into better use?

5- are my test levels must be total test?

Regarding the free sex hormone floating aroung, would this be the reason why my libido is a bit low? How can i pu the negative effect into a positive effect?

Thank you for your comments been really useful.

Few things, first of all I don't recommend taking those extra drugs.

Secondly, there is likely cross-reactivity in that free androgen score due to the other androgens you are taking. Your testosterone is a little high, but why it is so low on that 700mg per week dosage leads me to believe you are using "underground" drugs... certainly not wise for quality of life treatment.

Finally, androgens will negatively effect your cholesterol. HDL will go down and LDL will go up.

Taking these drugs in the fashion you are is by no means HRT... it is abuse of drugs and, hopefully, you know what you're doing risk/reward wise.

    ^^^^100mg Test/24hours explains everything.

I don't know any Doc who would prescribe that type of protocol; of if one did they should be locked up in a jail cell and their license revoked.

I agree with HRT's comments in totality.

Squared away answers above by two of the best on this forum. Honestly, this should be posted in the AAS forum. For the sake of argument/curiosity, why test prop ED and not EOD? I don't see an AI listed either or are you depending solely on Mast's anti-e effects to accomplish this? HCG during cycle? PCT in hand and ready to go?

The Test is pharmaceutical, fast acting i never used it 2 days before i went so maybe it's a little lower due to that fact.

I don't suffer from any soreness I would only use an AI if this happened. PCT i have all the stuff i need for when i do a PCT. My Balls are normall size the only negative effect i feel is a little less libido.

Taking HGG how would this benefit me?

    Thanks for all your replies.

    That would explain it.

You should ask this in another forum... this forum is for people on lifelong, medical testosterone replacement .

    Good luck.
