Before bloodwork
I have to get bw done in the beginning of December..
Questions is I was once was on 100mgs of test per week and my test level was still at 273ng/ml which is little low.. So on my own I bumped it up to 120mgs per week( was taking 60 mgs per shot twice a week to control acne and it worked ). I did bw I think around March I believe at the 120 mgs a week and I was still in the under 300ng/ml group. E2 was checked and it came out fine, I believe it was 23 . I'm taking no AI, but was when at first I was taking the 100mgs all at once.
Now I'm 31 years old, and know this trt is for life. The endo nurse stated they want it at 500ng which for me would be great.. But after that day he no longer wanted to see me since he was only giving me prescriptions and all the necessary test has been done.. What else can I take to help this number, I've seen D3 I believe and dhea supplements. I don't take any multi but I'm going to start!!
Any help would be great, still feel a little run down but not much, I used to work graveyard for 10+ years and now on days and about 6 months ago was told I had sleep apnea which caused some of the run down.. I do have the cpap machine and do feel better but feel like I should be better..

has he seen that you are still under 500? I would think that he would increase the dosage if this was the case, have you talked to the nurse about how you feel? Usually the nurse should relay it to your doctor and with blood work he should adjust your dosage. I could see there being a problem if the nurse isn't doing her job, i've had nurses at my old doctor not correlate properly with the doctor. You need to get your dose up imo. You can get DHEA-S checked to see if you are low and supplement but it won't necesarily change test levels. Also may want to check coritsol as cortisol levels can effect how you metabolize medications, although I could be a little optimistic on that one, but you can do a 24 hour saliva test. Also supplementing with dhea and preg may not raise test levels, but it could help how you feel, and maybe rhodiola for cortisol.
Another question, have you given any blood? Have you had a CBC done? I gave blood friday, but since I overall feel better, might be in my head, but going to do it again after 8 weeks and see the difference. I also had the CBC drawn before donating, to give me an idea if that could be unsafe or causing a problem. Even the nurse at the blood donation place said some guys with thicker blood have more energy thanks to donating. My iron was something like 18.2 on a range of something liek 12-20. Those are things to consider, at least from my personal experience that is all I can help you. The CPAP hasn't made a world of difference for me either.
D3 supplementation is another one of those things that has been shown to help people feel better and improve well being.

A few things....
1. Here's link on how to raise Testosterone Naturally: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...21#post6157721
2. D3 has shown to increase natural Testosterone in some men as much as 25% so add in 5000 to 10000 iu daily along with 50 mg of Zinc.
3. You could always add in hCG to your protocol assuming you are Secondary Hypogonadal. 250 iu 3 times a week would go to help you increase natural testosterone as well.

Also Ive been donating blood every 2 months the last 6 months.. It does make me feel a little better after, but my BC has never gone out of range..
Iron, personally I don't remember, but when I first started trt it was Too high.. It came down on its own
I'm going to add a multi vitamin and just purchase vitamin D to take with it since the one I'm going to take only has 400ius in it.. So hopefully 2 months everything will improve..
THANKS GUYS FOR THE HELPLast edited by FONZY007; 09-24-2012 at 12:06 PM.

I asked for vit D, PSA, E2, cortisol, And DHEA
And I believe he was going to do a full panel on top of that.
She had like 6-7 vials when she took my BW so we will see what happens..
Also stated to him the last three bw I've been in the low to mid 200 t range. So that's over 3 years
I had a paper with all this writing on it plus maybe HCG and he took it but brought it back..
Might have to ask to be referred to an endo again..
Even talked about my nuts being small but he didn't seem to listen after waiting in his waiting room for over an hour I felt he should of listened..

No issues here. You most likely won't need more than 1mg Adex/wk so the dosage is very small.
