Other than a need to donating blood everything looks great. Interesting you ran both e2 tests like I did, however mine came back very close but huge difference in yours! The sensitive assay is what counts, so you're good to go. How do yo feel?

Thanks Bass! Interesting I only feel sluggish about 24 hours after I take anastrazole ??? Everything feels great, diet is good and workouts are consistent. I had to get Doc to order sensitive after listening and learning from you guys.

Agree with Bass. A thought would be to split the adex to .25 twice per week to keep more stable blood levels (60+ hr half life) for you. Consider supplementing with micronized DHEA.

^^Don't need this going to his head. No room left in there! HA

Ha ha kel! Gfo back to the Eagles game

    Hemocrit 51. Range 37.5-51
    Time to give blood.

    Glucose Serum. 103. Range 65-99
    LDL chol 103. Range 0-99
Both of these are a tad high? Did you fast before your pull? Diet as LDL is somewhat elevated. Try some Red Yeast Rice as it will help bring this down to mid normal levels.

    Test. 974. Range 348-1197
    Very nice.

    Free T 18.8 range 7.2-24
    Very nice.

    DHEA. 188 range 44.3-331
Is this DHEA or DHEA-S (S-Sulfate)? If DHEA it's a useless panel, only DHEA-S will give you a more precise level of DHEA. Nonethelss, more and more TRT Docs like to see this assay in the upper part of the reference range so consider adding in 50mg of Micronized DHEA every morning...back filling pathways is just a good idea anyway.

    Estradiol 54. Range7.2-42.6
IMO, this is high and it's converting your Free T into E2. Try to get this into the upper 20's if you can.

    Sensitive 22 range 3-70
    What is this? E2 Sensitive?

    SHBG 26.8. Range 19.3-76.4
    Very nice.

    See bold.

Good point K! Especially the part about about GD I have not ever taken any DHEA so I will add to supplement list! Appreciate the feedback.

Thanks GD! Yes I did fast 12 hours before. Sensitive is e2 sensitive assay. Will definitely start DHEA. I wanted to wait till these bloodwork results were in and will schedule to give blood next week. DHEA is sulfate. Truly appreciate the feedback.

Good stuff man, you're looking very good to be honest.

I am just a little confused here; the Estradiol assay is measuring your E2 and it has it over the reference range. Are you sure the lab says Estradiol and not Estrogen?

The Sensitive assay says you are in the lower 3rd of the reference range.

    They conflict.

    Estradiol 54. Range7.2-42.6
    Sensitive 22 range 3-70

I can only surmise that the Estradiol was the labs default Estrogen assay and the Sensitive assay the more accurate assessment of your true E2 levels.

The form doesn't say estrogen only estradiol ? After listening to you guys I specifically asked for sensitive so both boxes were checked on the form.

I'm very familiar with labcorp tests and you did the correct e2 sensitive assay. Your e2 is good.

Once you're dialed in every 6 months should do it unless you want to see something of interest.

Because yorue still figuring things out, I would want to get blood every 3 or 4 months probably. If I had your blood work, I would just want to bump up my DHEA and keep my hematocrit in the mid to high 40's.

Once I had all that done, I wouldn't get bloods more than twice a year if I felt fine.
