    Self-Administration TRT Inject Question

I did my first TRT injection on Friday, and I will be doing my next one this next Friday. However, I'm not clear if I need to inject in the same place or if I should switch legs every week (I inject in my quads). Can someone comment?

Yes, switch sites. You don't want to build up scar tissue in one area.

Agree with LJ. Switch sites. Will also allow one site to heal if you feel any soreness there. Will minimize any impact on your lifting.

All the above. You want to avoid sticking in the same place even when you do return to the quad on your next injection. Move a little to the left or right or up or down. It doesn't have to be but an inch or so IMO. Just don't try sticking in the exact same spot and you should be fine.

Thanks guys. My right quad that I stuck on Friday is pretty sore if I stretch it... Glad to know I can give it a week break
