Tamoxifen restart- Test boost- feedback required.

    hi guys,

im currently taking 20mg a day of tamoxifen every day, have been doing the same dose since 24th August, with good results . im feeling more relaxed , waking relaxed and well rested, havent noticed any real strength gains but wasnt doing it for that result. Just to give me a liitle push and as a "toe in the pool" before i consider AAS in the future.

i have enough Tamox to last me another 15 days and then have some aromasin (exemestane) which i was planning on taking to prevent estrogen rebound 1 week out of my final week and continuing for 3 weeks.

have noticed my nipple tips (?) becoming sensitive and slightly pronounced, is this a sign of ensuing gyno- or the increased estrogen in my system starting to cause an effect? if so would it be smart to take some exemestane at the same time or instead of tamoxifen maybe every 2nd or 3rd day?

    i have a full 30 ml of exemestane 25 mg /ml

    thanks for reading.

The nipple sensitivity and pronouncement are early symptoms of elevated E2.

Are there other signs like water retention, emotional, erection quality...?

Honestly, only blood work will tell you the truth but adding in a very low dose aromasin E3D may help...try it and see what happens for 7 to 10 days.

^^^This. As I'm sure you know the serm will block E receptors in the chest but we all can respond a bit differently to them, as in better or worse responses. With the result of added T from more LH production your E is no doubt elevated above your bodies norm, resulting in your nip issue. Also remember nolva use can lower IGF-1 levels.

    Blood work.

    thanks for the feedback,

Erection quality isnt too bad, emotionally im in check- so no emotional issues. Water retention isnt noticeable /non existant.

Thanks Kel- yeah i know tamox blocks e receptors in the chest so was looking forward to an improvement ( flatter chest) but im 40 so what gyno i may have would be there for life- but the sensitivity in the "nip tip" has me suspicious...so 12.5 mg Every 2nd day from now on ALONG with the tamoxifen is the reccomendation?

    that will give me

    Wk1, Wk 2, 20mg tamoxifen ED, 12.5mg Aromasin EOD
    wk3,4,5 12.5mg Aromasin ED

    how does that sound?

You can run them together. Aromasin , as opposed to nolva can raise IGF1 btw. Running them together will not lower the effectiveness of either one like nolva can do when run with adex. Maybe drop to 10mg nolva for a couple weeks as well. Still be good to see BW to know exactly where levels are. I live with sensitive nips even though my E runs steady low at 16-18 year round so figure that out. My doc says some people are just that way. So I always live with the fear of gyno. Gyno can only occur in the presense of high estrogen. Curious about your progesterone/prolactin as well?
