Muscle Growth and Low T plus Newest BW results.

Hey guys. Just got my latest albeit very basic BW results back from the doc after her genius plan of 200mg test cyp once monthly. Here are the basic numbers I was provided with, ranges shown in parentheses:
    Albumin Blood: 5.00g/dl(3.5-4.8)
    SHBG: 55.9nmol/L(17.3-65.8)
    Bioavailable Test: 64ng/dl(130-680)
    Free Test: 24pg/mL(47-244)
    Total Test: 187!ng/dl(242-827)
    Free Test %: 1.3(1.6-2.9)
Some of those numbers I know what they mean, and none seem good to me. The upside is that I'm done with this Doctor as far as my TRT protocol goes as of 10/11/2012, because I managed a referral to a MALE Doctor of Urology. When he sees my test results I'm hoping he'll see the light and want to help. Anyways, my other question is this: I've been going to the gym religiously recently and have gotten back into very good habits. Over the last 3 months I've seen some nice results as far as my physique and overall strength is concerned. I'm actually impressed with myself. With that being said and swing my T levels above my question is this: If I can get my T levels up(way up) can I expect even better results from the gym? Sorry for the lengthy post but I sort of squeezed 2 threads into one. **EDITED to add ranges per request**

To answer your question, yes you will see better results in strength, muscle mass & recovery time if you increase Test Levels. It even helps some people lean out, but it's all very individual. On another note, I'd say it can even benefit one's sense of well being & confidence which can only aid in training...

    Albumin Blood: 5.00g/dl
Let's assume range of 3.2-4.8: Tad high but it's nothing to worry about.

    SHBG: 55.9nmol/L
    Let's assume range of 10-80 nmol/L: You're fine.

    Bioavailable Test: 64ng/dl
Let's assume range of 150-575ng/dl: Congrats! You are officially Hypogonadal.

    Free Test: 24pg/mL
Lets assume range of 52-280 pg/ml: Congrats again!

    Total Test: 187!ng/dl
Lets assume range of 348-1197 ng/dl: Congrats again!

    Free Test %: 1.3
You want this to be at least 2.5% or better...it's all but tanked.

Make sure this new Doc understands the correct protocols for TRT in men. You can't afford to screw around anymore. How you are getting gains in the gym is beyond me...just think what you'll look and feel like when you get these serum levels back to optimal

I've been on T cyp since 5 July and just started losing weight even though I was watching my diet (closely) and exercising (wieghts and cardio) since the beginning of May. I am also on Armour thyroid for hypothyroidism. When I started my weight loss program I could not lose an ounce no matter what I did (was never a problem for me to lose weight in the past) until the hrt therapy kicked. The weight finally started coming off about 6 weeks ago and so far have lost almost 15 pounds and I am increasing in muscle size and strength. I think it will help (I know it has helped me) but remember it will not be like doing a steroid cycle. This is for the long run and in time you will see improvements.

Yeah it is amazing but you have to remember he just started, first three months anyone will make progress if they do it semi right. Beginner gains are powerful.

Thanks again G. Gives me great hope and am so happy that there are such knowledgable members that contribute on this site. I am stoked to be given a chance to see a different doc now too. Keeping my fingers crossed.

If you were to start a cycle, a basic stack like Test and Proviron , theoretically how much Test would be needed to increase T levels enough so that A)your levels are increased enough to actually provide an anabolic advantage and B) would the Proviron actually help to increase the anabolic effects of the test and allow a person with low T to use test like a person who was not hypogonadal?
