    Once in a while injection??

Hey fellas I'm 46 been on TRT for a few yrs now 100 mg test cyp.. a week. I have a new job and it is very long hours and no time at all to work out properly, just enough time to get home eat, shower and go to bed. My schedule is a rotating shift days and nights with a 3-4 day weekend in the mix. My question is can I or should I still take my inj. with that much time off from working out per week. Can I take the occasional inj. once in a while? Side effects? Thanks

with trt, gym time and injection protocol are two independent activities. regardless if you miss the gym, continue your injection schedule. You should take your weekly shot more or less same day each week. irregular injection schedule will give you the emotional roller coaster effect. when your blood serum levels are up, you will feel good. when the crash, you will feel moody. the idea is to develop stable blood serum levels, and the only way to do that is through consistancy.

Yes, as long as your bloodwork shows you are at a good level stay on your current protocol. TRT has nothing to do with working out, it is simply to get your Testosterone up to a healthy level.

If you work out while on TRT that's great, however many people on it don't ever work out and their need for healthy levels is no different than someone that does. TRT is about optimizing your health, not building muscle. Muscle just comes as a bonus if you eat right and train while on it.

You got to remember trt is for life. Are you doing one injection per week or twice or more per week? If once a week how do you feel toward the end of the week, say around day 5,6 and 7?

what the fellows above said, TRT is for life and for health reasons, not for bodybuilding, you can if you want to.
