    Health and Fitness Program

I have been on and off this site for years when I want a littel extra info on some gear I was running.

I have been an athlete most of my life and now my body is a little nicked and dinged up. I have not run a real cycle in over 6 years. I have been on TRT through the doc for over a year now. I want to run some gear that will help p me lean out a little while maintaining my general size.
    Stats:
    Age: 38
    Height: 5' 11"
    Weight: 200 lbs
    Body fat: 16%+
Current program: 1.5 CC, every two weeks from doc (think it is Test E)
Goal: look and feel younger. Maintain my general size without being puffy and red.
Considering: HGH, HCG , adding more Test and possibly Deca .
Diet: Is pretty clean while not getting crazy about it.

I had a line on some HGH but Gixerrboy and some other vets pointed out the gear was fake-
I hope to get some good info on a solid program here. Once I do I will go to my doc (endocrinologist) who is a friend of the family and businesses collogue of my wife. I need to be able to show the program I am interested in is healthy and he may help me with all my gear.

Any info or advice is welcome!

You can do amazing things only running trt dose, but you must run a good protocol. Are you administering 1.5 cc once every two weeks? If so it's a horrible protocol, at a minimum you need to do it once a week or twice a week is better. You also need hCG and AI. Also need to take vitamins like D and other supplements.

Anything to help degenerating discs? Going to try spinal decompression and want to give my body the best chance to repair itself.
