    Help on blood test results

Long story short I been on test for about 3 years now. I Pretty much stopped blasting and cruising this spring and been working on getting my TRT dose dialed the last 6 months.

Here is my most recent blood test results from last week. They were taken 1 day after I pinned 150 mgs cyp.

    Total Testosterone ..... 775 ................... 250-1100 ng/dl

    Free Testosterone .... 288.6 ................... 35.0-155.0 pg/ml

    Estrogen total ..... <50 ..................... 130 or less pg/ml

    TSH, High sensitivity ...... 1.78 ......................... 0.45-4.50 mu/L

I got normal total test but my free test is twice what it should be.

My question is , would it be fine if I cut my dose to 75 mgs ew and let my total test numbers drop to the lower end of the scale while trying to get my free test levels in the normal range ?

Just need a little help trying to figure out where to balance them.

    Thanks,

    6'3"

    253 pounds

    16%-18% bf

    150 mgs of cyp ew

even though you injected one day before the test, its not enough time to reach its peak, so I'd say your total is not bad, however next time make sure you draw blood the same day you inject prior to injection, this is what most of us do and thats how we can compare better. your free is through the roof probably because you injected one day prior to the test, not a good way to measure unfortunately. i don't know what kind of E2 test is that, but the sensitive assay is prooven to be the best test, but i guess its okay based on that reading/scale. TSH looks great! you can blame them for making you do the test one day after injection...

That estrogen test isn't the one you need to be using. You need to get the "sensitive assay", it's a different range for men.
