TRT - Question about Aromasin Dosage

    Hey guys,

I'm currently on 80mg Test E per week and I'm about to (hopefully) start taking aromasin .

What do you propose my dosing be for the aromasin? I know it takes a week of daily consumption for effects to take place, so should I take 12.5mg per day for a week, wait a week, and repeat?

What should I do? I know too low estrogen levels can be bad but I want to take it enough for it to have an effect on me.

I'm (hopefully) gonna be getting 30, 25mg pills. How should I space out the pills so they will last a while and still have an effect on my E2 levels?

Thank you so much for your help.

Edit: I currently don't know my E2 levels but I assume they are substantial because I had gyno all throughout childhood so my body is probably acclimated to aromatizing the Test E I'm injecting. I was going to order some bloodwork after 2-3 weeks of dosing with aromasin.

why would you take a compound when you dont even know if you need it? , get your lvls checked first then you will know whether you need it or not and a rough idea how much to take, its not really a guessing game you want to get involved with.

Well I know for a fact that when your body ingests artificial testosterone that your body naturally converts some of it into estrogen.

i also know for a fact that everybodys aromatase action takes place at a different rate , ppl who dont inject or use external testosterone also convert it to E2 , your body needs so much E2 anyway , which is why taking an A.I without even knowing you need it is a bad idea , low E2 feels as bad (if not worse) than high.
because ppl convert at different rates unless you get it checked via bloods you are never going to know.
for example , i take nebido which is a 4ml 1000mg shot- and i dont take an A.I

No. 12.5 is to high IMO for your TRT dose. You're not on a cycle. Cut it down to 6.25 daily if in fact you even need it at all. BW is key here.

What should I do? I know too low estrogen levels can be bad but I want to take it enough for it to have an effect on me. Like pug said. Get your BW first otherwise you're throwing darts here.

I'm (hopefully) gonna be getting 30, 25mg pills. How should I space out the pills so they will last a while and still have an effect on my E2 levels? If you end up at 6.25 per day just do the math. It'll last much longer.

As stated. Get a sensitive E test done asap. You very well may not need an AI at that dosage. To increase your chances of not needing it consider splitting the dose to 40mg every 3.5 days and possibly sub-Q as well. Several members here have been able to get off of their AI's by doing so, in conjunction with proper exercise and diet.Thank you so much for your help.

Don't equate your childhood metabolism to your adult one. There are many influential factors at play here. Get your E2 tested asap then chart your course while "informed," not guessing.

Agree with all above. Have blood work done. Use AI only if needed.

Your will be a mess if you start making big changes to your hormone levels based on guesswork and assumptions.

This makes sense... I'm going to get some blood work done.

Can you guys tell me what the optimal estrogen levels are (especially for someone undergoing TRT)?

And if I need an AI how should I dose it?
