In need of advice! PLEASE!!

Hello everyone,

On the advice of Gedevine (hopefully I spelled his user name correctly) I'm cling here to look for advice and help. Rather than post my whole story again I provided the link below so those who are interested in help me can read up. I'm hoping to find done great input and opinions as to how I can burn fat and gain muscle mass with the assistance through anabolics and want to make sure I'm going about it the right way. I appreciate anyone's help and guidance.

perhaps you could copy and paste your story in here to allow for an easier read, especially if it includes your stats and current diet. just a suggestion Joe.

and read the stickies too, when you get a moment - lots of valuable info in them.
