has anyone tried the new roll-on testosterone replacement that i,ve seen recently ?
i've seen this product advertised in the sports section of our local newspaper and wanted to know if any members have tried it. is it as effective or better than androgel ?its by perscription only as stated in the advertisement. sorry if this question has been asked already.

You're referring to Axiron I assume? I've personally never tried it but i have used agel. If I recall correctly it's slow drying and sticky. The opposite of agel.

I work with a guy that really likes axiron.
He has been on it for about a year now and total and free test are really high.
His last blood work only doing 2 pumps a day was like 1340 total t and free was over the range also.
Oh his total test was only 149 when he started..

I've been using Axiron for about 2.5 months now.
Started using 2 pumps/day but went to 4 pumps/day.
My test levels were initially around 250 (241-827 range).
4 pumps has me at 840.
It is the only product I have tried. I love it.
Couple of things. It is not a roll-on. It is a liquid that you put into a soft rubber cup-like applicator. It dries fairly quickly. 2 minutes maybe. It has an alcohol smell that goes away once dry.
My insurance does not cover it but my family eventually hits our deductible so any medications after that are free.
