I have read 50mg a day. Some take more but I read it could also be toxic in high levels. Take it with some grape seed extract which is also a AI.

Someone from these forums mentioned examine.com/supplements as a good source of information. I wish I could give them their due props.
The website states:
Doses up to 100-150mg are used as a cheap and potent aromatase inhibitor and doses around 300mg have shown efficacy in treatment of some gut dysfunction. Doses at this level, however, are probably not safe for chronic health given the Tolerable Upper Limit of Intake (TUL) is 40mg.

my understanding is zinc supplements can help lower e2 levels slightly. i supplement with 50 mg/day, but still take arimidex too. also, i believe i read on the forum here somewhere that if you take 100 mg or more of zinc, it is important to also supplement copper.

Routine PSA tests would provide some indication of prostate problems, however, as many of us have perhaps seen, anabolics can affect absolute PSA which is why urologists an Oncologists will more often look at PSA velocity (but PSA as a predictor remains somewhat controversial).
*Note: in our clinics we discourage any zinc usage among prostate patients.
I will usually supplement 50-100mg for 3-5 days if I'm fighting a virus as zinc upregulates immune responses (sustained uses however will eventually become immunosuppressive).
