How to inject HCG without bruising?
I inject 100iu's every day and try to be careful but like 1 out of 10 times i get a bruise. What am I doing wrong?

even though you're injecting in fat there are still very small veins present, and once in a while we hit a vein and it bleed under your skin, thats why the bruise, its just blood that leaks under the skin. no biggie, it happens to me once in a while, in fact i have one now.

No big deal to me, but I find bruising only happens when the needle insertion is painful. Someone on here mentioned they probe the area before insertion, but I forget who that was?

I never mentioned it but I do probe for all my sub q shots, Test/HCG /VIt B...... still get a bruise once in a while but not nearly as often as when I just jabbed anywhere.
