    Am I freaking for nothing...??

Hi, I'm 19 years old(close 20) 5'10" 13% bf and I think I could have low test(certainly not enough for a trt but still...)or low thyroid(or both...) At this age I'm supose to be an erection on two legs and I'm not... I'm training naturally and seriously for a bit more than 3 years.

    Here's the problem...
Im stuck to only 165lbs It's very very hard for me to get gain(I got proper training and diet)
My libido is not too bad but i have difficulty to keep an erection for a complete sexual relation( after 25-30 min the hardness drop...)
I have difficulty to get gain in strenght/mass and I also have difficulty to lose fat(my metabolisme is not awesome...)
I always have a lack of energy. and sleepy often(even with a 10h of sleep).

Im going to pass some blood test soon(thyroid fonction include)

Anyway before I get the result(it can take long) someone have some advice or opinion about this??

do some selenium/iodine + test booster could help??

Whats your perfect diet man? 9 times out of 10 cals arent even close to the right amount you need to grow by guys your age.
Not being able to get/ keep wood could also be a dozen things at ur age. You might want to get a doctors opinion before trying to guess. You are so young. Eat big, train big, and enjoy being 19. You get all those in check and I bet you will have a raging hard on all the time.

Bro, ur very first post like 2 months ago you said that you gained 35 pounds naturally. Thats not what I call stuck. I think you are trying to give some odd ball reasons to get the advice you already want to hear. You are too young for steroids and should make an appt with your doctor asap if you feel you have any medical issues regarding thyroid or anything else. Good luck. Just remember that if you wait to get the advice you want to hear and decide on a cycle, you are going to be 35 years old with no natural test in you trying to get advice on HRT. And although it doesnt seem like it now, those will be the years that you wish you still have a perfectly tuned body. Trust me.

Post the blood work when it's done, don't take anything before hand to skew the results

Will help you out after you post results.........

yes 35 lbs in 4 years didnt grow for at least 6month except a bit of fat and that because i drop of almost 20pounds in 6 month before i started to train(due to a little depression. on this 20lbs easy 15 was muscle.) I only take back what i lost plus a bit more.

Also I never say my diet where perfect but ok for muscle building.

And btw this forum is not only about steroid . Never in that post i mention anything related to AAS Did I??

And that post was about how I felt about it. Maybe I'm wrong and I wish I am. But I'm trying to get blood test done for a long time and this is just ridiculus how long it takes and I'm impatient to have answer. And I know the lonely way to know exactly if I'm right or not ia blood test but I dont have acces to this right now so I asked for the help of professionnal here.

You blame my diet fine! Next!

I read proper and then typed perfect. My bad. But the bottom line is I have never seen a 19 year old have trouble growing and it not end up being something he could correct in his diet. You started the thread off with this concern so i assumed growing is your biggest concern followed by not being able to get an erection for very long. You mention depression. Is this confirmed by your doctor? And if so then you were probably put on something to help? These meds can play a huge role in all the other things you have listed.
Finally, because I typed perfect instead of proper( which to me is pretty much the same.) please dont get ur 19 year old panties in a knot.

Blood work and complete and thorough Physical by a medical Doctor is required to rule out pathologies.

There are diseases in young men that could point to these symptoms like testicular and pituitary tumors among other things like adrenal issues.

Without BW and a thorough Physical everything else said here is speculation.
