    what to do now?

ok..here is the situation...been on roids for 3 years straight...stopped once in january for 5 weeks.
avoided testosterone for most of those 3 years ithink i hit it maybe once per year..... but now I am dead...i mean sex drive is done.
i can't really maintain unless i take cialis or viagra.

today i am off everything... i never got gyno , no hair loss..but my sex drive is low..

i am thinking of doing test as HRT therapy now. since i am over 40 anyway... instead of pct I am thinking
of injection 100mg per week. of t400 . This is is the only one i can get...

what i want to know is. What is a good way to do HRT with T400... how would you schedule it?

Ok. Three years without stopping. Perhaps before you start blindly taking more junk, have you had some blood work to check and see where all your levels are at - testosterone , LH, FSH, SGBH, estrogen, etc., as well as all your other levels (lipids, hemoglobin, RBCs)? You really should have the problem diagnosed before you start treating symptoms without understanding the causes!

If TRT is in your future (sounds like it is), its generally better to start at lower doses 100mg/wk) and titrate up instead of self injecting a larger dose and not knowing if its doing more harm then good.

You didn't cycle properly. Perhaps using TRT CORRECTLY would be prudent now!

these 3 years i went from out of shape with gut to in shape and no gut...my test from my naturopath (phase angle) shows my health has improved significantly.
maybe hormones are out of wack but my health seems to be great.

Honestly, none of us would use T400 for trt for a few reasons, so your not gonna get answer to that. Like Muscleink said, do it right this time, get in touch with a doc or clinic, bloodwork, ect...

Understood, but often times people are asymptomatic. Full BW followed by a proper TRT, if that is your goal, is the first approach. A proper blood assay will show you if everything is in good standing. For many people, strokes and heart attacks are SILENT killers - meaning there are few if any signs or symptoms of an impending cardiac event.

You may very well be in perfect health but it certainly won't hurt to check. Look at this from another direction...if something DID happen and a physician told you he could have caught it sooner if you had been checked, you'd probably feel silly for not doing something sooner.

In the majority of cases, it's far easier to diagnose as treat a condition BEFORE something occurs than it is after an event has transpired.

I know similar advice was offered in the other thread you started. The general consensus on both threads is to get BW done. So.......GET BW DONE.

Great advice MI. Op, an example of blood work is in the Finding a Physician Sticky. Get it done and do it right this time. Your long term health depends on it. You can feel great but still have an internal issue developing! Don't just self-prescribe TRT. Who knows, you may not need it. Blood work it the only way to really determine the "smartest" path forward. You want to be around another 40 yrs right?

Choose the right path and be healthy!
