    Conversion from IM to Sub Q. Need help with dosage and frequency

    Seriously considering changing from IM to Sub Q for my T injections. However I can't find how to convert dosage and frequency. Hoping I can get some help. Here is my current protocol;

    Every 10th day 150mg of Test Ethanate

    I also want to incorporate HCG . When would this be administered?

    Thanks

    50 mgs twice a week, Sunday morning and Wednesday afternoon.

    0.25 mg AI 24 hours after each test shot. This should be based on BW.

    250 iu m, w, f, or 350 iu one day before each test shot.

    Really only one carbon ester difference between the two. Enanth is 7 where cyp is 8 so E is a little lighter, so to speak. Nothing to worry about unless pct is involved.

    What bass said is good to go. Matter of fact, if you switch to SQ and a more frequent protocol you may be able to eliminate the AI completely, which is everyones goal. When switching is implemented I would titrate your AI down like bass said to a .25 dose 24hrs after injection and retest in a month for E2 (no fasting needed.) Keep in mind it's not all or nothing with SQ. You can inject however you want. Personally I rotate multiple locations every 3.5 days.

    Starting HCG will raise your T level as well so a dosage adjustment me be required. Testing a couple months in a row for Total T, Free T, E2 sensitive would be prudent during this time frame.

    Have another question that deals with Sub Q. I also currently inject (IM) B Complex. Could that be administered Sub Q ?

    I would just do 100mg weekly. Even that is a lot of pinning for HRT, IMO.

    just so i am understanding this correctly the frequency is the same as im when switching to subq bc the esthers in test cyp or test are what they are and which ever way you inject the shelf life is still the same

    My Dr is recommending B12 and Bcomplex twice a week IM. He highly recommends IM for better absorption into the blood stream. This will increase metabolism and fat burning. Also increase my energy levels.
