    ED issues

Hey guys, having major issues with ed this past week....could it be attributed to rising my trt dose from about 110/wk to 140?

My estradiol was 43 and my bw was done less than a month ago...I was fine last week but now not even pills are helping me ....please help

When it comes to sex hormones sustained high Testosterone serum levels can cause ED as well as low serum levels.

Estradiol acts the same way, low and elevated serum levels will effect erection quality and sensation.

My guess is your E2 is now higher then the 43 and it's effecting you.

Some guys can go much higher and see no ED issues whatsoever proving the point we're all different.

For the time being try doubling the dose of your PDE5i, it won't kill you and may give the effect you need for now.

    Time for blood work...

The additional test most likely caused a rise in your E2 levels although not necessarily. When I was running around 1200 total test my libido took a definate hit (not expected). I cut my subq injections back and total test was a bit over 500 and libido was good to very good (again unexpected). I bumped my t cyp up a little to try and get my total t in the 650-750 range. Haven't tested blood yet but my libido has again decreased. Go figure! More is not always better... Finding the sweet spot is the trick. And although I can't be sure I don't think my E2 leves rose on the higher dose of T. I had none of the usual symptoms of high E except lower libido. Unfortunately my doc did not test my E2 on the last set of labs.

Brazensol, I think I am having the same issue as you. I am cutting back my does to 100/wk, that seemed to work for me previously. Maybe go lower than that.

Just to be clear, my issue is not libido, its the physical aspect now.

Doc will not prescribe me an AI as he doesnt not think my estradiol is high at 43. Lets assume it went up a little the past couple weeks, anyone recommed a product I can by on the internet and maybe a dosage I can try for just a couple weeks?

You need BW; 43 pg/ml then an increase in dosage...elevated E2.

Try increasing your PDE5i and see what happens.

To OP what estradiol test did you have that measured you @ 43? Give ranges if not sure.

GD that TRT protocol is working well, your looking much younger.

Be sure to get the sensitive assay for men on the E2
When you bumped upped the test it more than likely upped the estrogen

My Doc prescribes anastrozole to control E2. AR-R the site sponsor sell AI's but would be in your best interest to continue to work with your Doctor

Depending on the range for your E2 lab test, at the very least seems to be trending higher. Since we are all individuals 43 may be enough to cause you ED symptoms whereas it would not be a problem with someone else.

Some guys have had luck using zinc to keep their E2 in check. Others would disagree. If you use zinc, supplement with copper in a 25:1 ratio zinc:copper. There is at least one thread currently being discussed on this very subject.
