I was born with gyno is there anything I can take to maybe correct it? Besides surgery?

No, once the gland tissue has formed there is nothing you can do but get those suckers cut out.

I would be saving for surgery.

There are a host of drugs you can google to find people experimenting with online, but really if any one of them worked to any appreciable degree then it would be well-known.

Also, understand that there is a big difference between long-standing gyno and "new" gyno, such as that induced by androgen use/abuse.
