    Blood Work Help

    Greetings all, new poster here.

Just got my blood work back, and I've got several issues to deal with.

I'll be 51 years old next month, 5'11/210

I dabbled with anabolics for several years when I was younger, but had been natural for 13 years before my latest cycle that I started in July. I ran 100mg/test prop - 100mg/tren ace EOD for 10 weeks. The results were more than I hoped for. Besides the expected gains in strength and aesthetics, my overall sense of well being, including sex drive, went through the roof. It was such a life changing experience, I decided instead of using pct after cycle, I would go the blast and cruise route.

So now I'm currently in my 6th week of running a 1/2 ml of sust 250 2x a week. I did not get blood work previous to my cycle (my bad), and I got this blood work 5 weeks after stopping the tren. my last blood work was two years ago and my only issue was that my good cholesterol was a little too low.

My high level issues are the following:

    RBC 6.11 (range 4.14-5.80)

    Hemacrit 52.8 (37.5-51.0)

    AST: 50 (0-40)

    LDL Cholesterol Calc 130 (0-99)

    Free testosterone 26.1 (7.2-24.0)

    Estradiol 61.3 (7.6-42.6)

    C-Reactive Protein Cardiac 3.52 (0.00-3.00)

I started taking milk thistle about a week or so before my BW, and I'm working on getting an AI for my through the roof estradiol. Any advice on what else I need to do would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing some of the gurus here are gonna suggest you let your body get to its natural state then redo bloodwork. I just think it would be much better for you in the long run to know where you are with nothing else in play. I guess you could maybe do some pct then wait for your body to settle. Anabolics definitely affect most, if not all of the things that tested high. For instance, it will put your HDL really low and can cause a bad ratio in terms of good to bad. You just need to know if yours is indeed caused by exogenous test or Tren or if you have a different issue altogether. So, enough of my rambling. In short, I would do what I could to get some good clean bloodwork with hpta functioning at its best, which may not be great but at least you'll have something to go on

This----> "I'm guessing some of the gurus here are gonna suggest you let your body get to its natural state then redo bloodwork."

Need to get back to base line.

E2 is elevated and the AI will help but it may come down on it's own as your body adjusts.

Give blood; it's a good thing.

Exactly what the above guys said and I'll add the following. I'd find a doc and be up front with him. You need to give blood asap but the problem is a blood bank will not take you with those levels. You may need your doc to write a script for a therapeutic draw. For the amount of test your doing (sust is a blend of 4 I'm sure you know) I'm surprised your level is not higher actually. When did you pull blood relative to your last injection?

Alcohol can raise your AST level as can a hard workout. This may also play into your CRP level being elevated. CRP is an inflamation marker in the blood. This is rather interesting:

My advice is the same as the wise men above. Find an astute doc. Proper PCT then follow up BW. Then a proper evaluation as to whether you need TRT or not.

Thanks for the responses guys, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear.

I inject on Wednesday's and Saturday's. My test was done Wed before my shot.

Thanks for the link. I don't drink alcohol, and I worked legs, which is a pretty tough workout for me, the day before.

I have to say, I was pretty surprised my test levels came in as low as they did.

Definitely go with what's been suggested already. Your E2 is up (as you know), but you will be able to get that under control pretty easy when you add the AI. Presuming that will be Adex? Just don't overdo it on the AI ... It doesn't take much, or long to get it under control.

On the test levels being low and you're surprised, were you presuming that your serum levels would be higher? I think your serum was just above 1,000 ng/dl. If I read correctly, you're taking 1/2cc x2/wk for a total of 250mg of sust? If so, your serum levels are about in the range I would expect to see.

E's holding T back but I'd still think a bit higher. Everyone metabolizes differentely though! Makes me curious what the ops shbg level is. Should be low end with that amount of test but you never know.

Actually, Kel, his free test is right in the middle at 2.53%, and based on his albumin level, I showed a SHBG calculation at 32.6 nmol/l. Actual serum results might skew this +/- a point, but it should be somewhere in that range. I'll double down here and bet he could use some Vitamin D therapy on top of everything. (Yeah, I still got Vegas on the mind ...)

I was planning on taking .25 of armidex every third day. Does that sound about right?

I was expecting it to be just above the normal range, but after seeing what you two guys wrote, I can now see why it wasn't.

Also, I do take an extra 1000iu of vitamin D3 daily besides the 400iu I get in my multi, but I'm gonna assume that's not what you're talking about with "vitamin D therapy".
