Use the edit button and put the reference ranges in for each lab.
Is the Estrogen Total a sensitive assay?
Without ranges; your TSH is too high and you need all thyroid panels tested to rule out Hypothyroidism.
Testosterone is really low give any labs reference range.
Tell us everything about yourself.
You need more blood work done.

TSH
tsh 4.480 .450-4.50
This suggests that you need further Thyroid labs. This is a very high TSH assay and could point to Hypothyroidism which could result in Hypogonadism.
TESTOSTERONE , SERUM
testoserone, serum 145 348-1197
Your Testosterone serum levels are clinically low; something is wrong.
estrogen , total 313 40-115
Dear God! Is this correct or a typo???
For a guy your age these labs would point to something medically wrong with you.
Do you have any past aas use?
You need to find a trained Physician that can diagnosis what's wrong with you.
Very well you could have a Thyroid issue but you need more BW and a good Physician.
Don't wait.
Man, you must feel like shit.

all info is correct , wrote it right off of the lab report ......i have used test and deca in the past but I have been off for just about a year now.
I do feel sluggish and lack of energy and I work out 3-4 days a week and eat ok diet not great but it is very difficult to gain lean muscle and I always have a soft look to myself even when I trained very hard and was down to 7-8 % i still didnt have the hard dry look i was going for ......they perscribed me , test cream 20% 6 pumps a day and anastrozle .5 eod, 1 grain armour thyroid daily, 25 mg dhea daily , and 2.6 iu daily of hgh
does this sound good ?

It doesn't matter what sounds good to me; you need to find a hormone replacement physician who has experience with guys with aas use.
Seriously, your E2 level is so high I am not surprised you don't have any serious medical problems.
Get help fast.

Echoing what gdevine already stated; I didn't know male estrogen levels could even be that high...you definitely require medical intervention. I am not permitted to post links to websites as of yet but google Dangers of Excess Estrogen In the Aging Male By William Faloon. The article can be found at the lef.org website.
It looks like your lipids need help as well via the addition of healthy unsaturated fats along with the limiting of saturated and trans fats.

Please don't take this as a personal attack. If you are a heavy drinker, you NEED to seriously cut back or stop. It kills testosterone levels , raises estrogen, elevates your liver panel values, along with a host of other problems. Long term use of pain medication can also cause a problem. You SHOULD really see a Dr. whether it be an HRT doc or an Endicronologist.
I have personally never seen estrogen levels that high in a male.

Yeah that's pretty unreal man. You've got TWICE as much Estrogen as you do Total Test. Please keep us updated on what you find out. It would definitely be educational for me!
