Program ? BW results inside...
Hello everyone. I'm looking into starting a TRT program and have some questions. I've googled everything I could find, but concrete info was limited. I did come across something that stated this particular program was "retarded". Not sure why. I have ZERO experience with this subject and want to be sure I know whats what. This is the program done in a 14 week structure:
Testosterone Cypionate 10cc/200mg vial
Protocol: one injection of 200mg / 10cc every week
Anastrozole (40) .05MG capsules
Protocol: Take 1 capsule two times per week
B-12 (1) 1000mcg / 30ml vial
Protocol: 1~3 injections of 1 ml / 1000mcg per week
HCG (2) 5000 and 11000 unit vial
Protocol: One injection for two days following test injection
PCT: They have one, but I don't remember what he said (lots of info at once). I will add in follow up post.
This is about all I know currently since I don't have my BW done and haven't officially qualified for TRT. I'm getting my BW done tomorrow and will have results 2 days later. I will post my results and the exact purposed program they offer as I would like to hear opinions about both, but in the meantime I'd like to hear from the community. Thanks for reading!Last edited by Lifted1; 11-09-2012 at 04:21 PM.

If your blood work indicates low T you can get a physicians help. I would certainly avoid self-treatment. When you get your blood work please post it here for critique.
If you need to find a doctor, check this thread: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...-TRT-Physician

In that same link above is an example of blood work you should be getting. Once you get the BW back post it up and we'll help you through it. Be sure to get a copy BEFORE you see your doc so you don't go in blind. Fill out the HIPPA form tomorrow at your lab and have them get it to you. They will fax it if you like. Set up a free fax # on line that will come to your email. Faxaway, efax, etc.
The above protocol has issues we can address after your blood work. Second, there is no pct for TRT.
Post up and welcome. Be sure to read all the sticky threads. Good info there. Self-educate!

Sounds to me like the OP called something like Kingsburg Medical... For some reason they mention PCT for TRT...
OP , take kelkels advice, read as much as you can there is tons of great information here, and lots of helpful people.. If by chance you did call one of those Internet medical places as I mentioned, just be cautious they always seem more about selling you on more is better when it is not....

thanks for the quick replys! im consulting with a TRT clinic and they are guiding me currently, but I know some of their protocols are different than what I've read in the stickies here. I wasnt sure about a copy of the bw results, but I know it's my right to get a copy. I will post up the results as soon as I receive them. Before I spend my hard earned $ I want to be sure I'm getting what I need, not just what they're selling.

Labcorp range is 348-1197 going from memory. Yes, I would consider it lower than you want but we need to see the rest. Also, give us your stats please. Age, height, weight, BF estimation, lifestyle, etc. It all plays into it.

First, edit and remove personal info from your PDF. I've already PM'd you about this.
Okay, your LDL is a tad high. Omega 3 fatty acids will help as will dietary changes / exercise etc. DHEA supplementation can help as well but first your DHEA-S level should be checked.
IGF-1 is great! I'm jealous. Definitely don't need HGH.
Test, as stated above, is on the low end and at your age I feel you should be higher. Your BW does not include Free T nor does it include LH/FSH. LH/FSH are crucial levels to know before embarking on a TRT protocol and can help to determine where an issue lies, if any. I don't know why your doc didn't order them. Did I miss them somewhere? Take a look at the Sticky and try and fill in the blanks if possible. Vit D 25 hydroxy would be good as well as SHBG and cortisol. High cortisol levels can suppress T as well.
Hemoglobin / hematocrit are great as is PSA. Your Neutrophils and Lymphs deal with your WBC's. There are many reasons they could be a little off. Infections, sickness, medications? Don't know. Your CRP level is good though and that is an inflamation marker in the blood. Low (er) T should not be the cause. B12 may help.
TSH level is fine but is a weak indicator. Next time get FT3, FT4 and RT3 at a minimum, IMO.
Main question is how do you feel right now? As stated, before you start TRT I'd find out your LH/FSH at a minimum. Anything else as stated will also help. Also, if not already supplementing with Vit D3 do so. I'd suggest 5k IU's per day to start and see where you land on the next BW. It will help to raise your free T. I'm banking that it's not where it should be (D) as most everyone is low and your Total T is low.
Any past/recent AAS or pro-hormone use?

thanks for taking the time to review the results kel! i was fasted when i tested, but their computers were down and it took longer than expected so i had a few glazed doughnut holes while i waited lol. my consultant said that was the reason for the spike in my ldl...idk if thats true or false, but i thought id throw that out there. i take omega 3's daily, but ill up the dose.
i know i was shocked to see my igf-1 that high! will i need hgh once im on test?
not sure why they didnt order those tests and for the price they should have tested me for everything...just the bare minimum to cover their ass i suppose.
not sick, no infections or meds. just multi's, fish oil, pre workout (no explode 2.0) and protein powder (myfusion probiotic).
i feel tired/lazy usually, especially in the am even after 7-8 hours of sleep. i lay in bed about 15~20 minutes to wake up. i also get irritated easily. ill start some vit d since im not getting much sun anymore.
no aas/ph use ever.Last edited by Lifted1; 11-12-2012 at 09:41 PM.

Sure is. Seems I passed right over it! Mid-range is what your looking for. Too low can be an indicator of hypo-thyroidism.

good to know. looks like im just a bit shy from being in the mid range with free t. multi's say im getting 1000iu's of vit d3 per day.
so what would be the next step testing lh/fsh? id have to do another blood test and i dont have insurance ($). they are ready to fill my script now (test, hgh, anastrozole, vit b,clomid, etc) and im anxious to get startedLast edited by Lifted1; 11-13-2012 at 01:37 AM.

*update*
after thinking about this carefully ive decided to not go onto trt just yet. it is a lot of work with the injections, donating, testing not to mention the $. ive decided to try and help raise my natural levels any way possible. so i picked up vit d3, multis w/saw palmetto and nettle root, zma w/fenugreek and will try to get more sleep. trying to cut back sugar too. question is, my multi's say im getting 1000iu of d3 per day and the 5000iu d3 bottle says take one every two days...will that be enough to have 6000iu one day and 1000iu the next? any ideas and input is appreciated. i plan on getting bw done in 3 months or so to see where im at and go from there.
